I went in due to my husband seeing two cars he wanted to look at. Carlos was patient and gave me space to look over the vehicle but was close by to answer any questions about the vehicle. My husband was on FaceTime and he not only answered my questions but also spoke to my husband on FaceTime to answer his questions. He was patient understanding and not over barring. Fernando is an honest guy. I would feel comfortable buying a vehicle from him any day of the week. I didn't purchase anything yet, because I could find the right vehicle in my price point. Fernando was very helpful and I will keep in touch as his inventory changes.
