Walmart Pharmacy

They have been so kind here.
I'm not from this area and it's a pleasant experience here in comparison to what I deal with in my hometown.
Also... the young lady, Stacy (drop off window) is super awesome and she has been so understanding and helpful to help me in getting my medications straight. She needs a reward!
... The young man that rung me up the other night when they were about to close down also needs to be recognized for his helpfulness and patience.
The tech is always very quick to filling my orders as well! Thank you !

I have to give props to the Walmart Pharmacist who helped me at this location. I transferred all of my prescriptions on the Walmart website the beginning of September 2022 from the CVS down the street. CVS marked them as "transferred out of store" but never sent the information to Walmart. I went back and forth with them for a MONTH until I was in so much pain I couldn't take it anymore. I told the Walmart pharmacist what was going on, how much pain I was in, and she called the CVS pharmacist herself and made sure all of my prescriptions were PROPERLY transferred over to her to fill and she had them done the same day. I picked them up this morning and as soon as I'm feeling a little better, I'm going back to take her a bouquet of flowers to show my gratitude. She was awesome!!!

Consistently my scripts are ready on time...when there s a time when the dr has to be called to get script ..there are no hold ups...always ready . The pharmacist and other staff are Always courteous friendly helpful and address me by name....Consistently..Thank you All.

The pharmacist has no reason to be that hot. Forgive me but I’m going to need weekly flue & covid shot. Whole staff is wonderful to work with but that pharmacist will be in my dreams tonight 🐈‍⬛

The young lady on the answering the phone on Thursday morning @ 10:30 am 1.20.22 is very unkind. She is clearly not happy today. I am calling from a doctors office and I am shocked at the customer service. I use walmart for myself and I love my local Walmart. I am so blown away at the level of service this young woman is providing. Placing me on hold for 30min because I am asking for help. We need to be kind! Where is the kindness?????
