My first experience with Buford Road Pharmacy was great! The staff was was very friendly as well as knowledgeable on the products that I needed. After my experience, I decide to transfer all of meds to them. No more attitudes and impatience from those other pharmacy staff. Keep up your kindness and God bless you all. Don't go here if you don't want to spend money. They have the coolest gifts and soaps and decor. I mean I can't help myself. If I don't have money with me I just look at everything for like an hour. My prescription is always ready super quick! It's me that can't get out of there in less than an.hout

Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The pharmacists are very personable and show a true desire to help whenever there’s an issue with a prescription. This pharmacy has practically everything needed for healthcare, from a great selection of OTC products to walkers and lift recliners. They also offer postal services and have a very nice gift shop area with handcrafted and seasonal merchandise. Great pharmacy!
Additional comment: Wasn’t feeling well but needed to go out to pick up several prescriptions at Buford. Found out they deliver to my area for free and called that afternoon. My medicine was delivered to my door several hours later by a very friendly man. It doesn’t get any better than this!

I love this place! I can find practically anything that I’m looking for there. As an added bonus, it is fun shopping at a location where you can find loads of items that you use as a child. It is just a fun shopping experience there.

Buford Road Pharmacy often carries those hard to find quality items that few if any other stores may have. Yesterday I had to swing by this pharmacy because it’s so much more than just a pharmacy. Thankfully I found my favorite Virginia Diner cans of peanuts there, and they had some high quality potpourri that I really like and is Made in USA. I am very thankful this pharmacy exists!

I always grew up hearing great things about this local pharmacy. I can finally attest. After having used them, that, they performed phenomenally! I had a doctors visit and was in a rush to pick up my prescriptions, then to make it to work in time. I called the pharmacy upon leaving the doctors visit and told them I had to be at work soon. BAM! By the time I approached the pharmacy counter, my prescriptions were perfectly prepared. They use good quality generic brands, and I will definitely be continuing to be a patron at this business!

Pharmacist was extremely helpful to get my insulin in a very expedient way, thought outside the box. Rebecca is outstanding. She called me by name and was apologetic about something that happened a week ago. The whole staff I’ve found to be very helpful and customer centric.

This was a COVID vaccination event. It was incredibly well-planned. Hundreds of people rolled through smoothly and quickly. They had volunteers that directed parking, registration, line formation, monitoring after vaccinations and any other help needed. Numerous injection sites were open so people moved through quickly. All of the people working were so efficient and friendly. Buford Pharmacy did a great job for this event!

What a wonderful experience! How’s that for a vaccination! This is still a little scary even though all the experts and statistics say it will protect you from getting really sick or worse. Still scary. The staff at Buford was excellent, warm and welcoming, prompt and generous with their time. They take the ‘scary’ out of the process and get you protected. And it’s the best place to spend your ‘after vaccine make sure your ok time’; Great shopping! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My sister and I went there to take our first COVID 19 vaccination. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pharmacy has a lot of beautiful things you would find in a gift shop. One can look around for hours at the beautiful and unique items that they have. I am going back there again for my second shot and I can't wait to go.

Excellent job! Well thought through, organized, well executed --volunteers and staff, everyone was friendly and quite professional. What seemed like two very long lines, was very well managed and from time parking to departing parking lot took one hour--and the shot was no big deal. There seemed to be genuine and sincere concern at all 'gates' to the process. Ya'll done good!

The nurse was extremely professional and very nice, she put you at ease.
Everyone that works there are very nice and helpful and work very hard to maintain a caring yet professional atmosphere as well. We have never seen such a beautiful pharmacy as Buford Road Pharmacy, we advise everyone to visit there, you will enjoy it.

Getting my COVID shots at Buford Road Pharmacy was quick and easy. I waited at most 5 minutes for the first shot and no time at all for the second one. The staff was professional, explained it all and took time with each person there. I’m glad I chose Buford Road to get my shots. I’ve been a customer there for decades and knew I was in good hands.

I helped my mom sign up at Buford Road Pharmacy for her Covid-19 shot. My mother’s experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Buford Road Pharmacy has been kind, helpful, and especially focused on answering questions from an 87 year old who is very new at all this online information and technology in general. Mom had to change one of her appointments and had no idea how to do so but you all helped her through everything. She is fully vaccinated now without any trauma or drama, thanks to the professionals at Buford Road Pharmacy.

Paul, in the clinic, gave my wife a remote COVID shot in our car. My wife has suffered with cancer and currently cannot walk unassisted. In making the arrangements with Paul, he was extremely courteous and helpful. Few pharmacies do this and I was so happy to have our appointment set. When we got there and Paul came out to our car, I was even more impressed. He was very professional and explained alot about the vaccine and the disease it is meant to prevent. He did so with charm and a great sense of humor. I was extremely impressed by him and highly recommend the clinic as a consequence. If you go there, make sure to ask for Paul. He is extraordinary.

Long lines that moved smoothly. Took about an hour from start to finish. Very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and volunteers. Courteous and efficient. Well done Buford Road Pharmacy. But then no surprise. You have been excellent in your endeavors for decades.

My first covid vaccine was given March 27, 2021 at the First Baptist Church of Bon Air. It was the best organized event I have ever seen. The volunteers were very efficient and friendly. Wonderful job by everyone. Thanks for making it so easy on an old man.
