I always go here it's a great library and the customer service is excellent. I just went over there today to dump some old emails other than that I don't even go to the library I don't check out books I don't check out CDs stuff like that. They are always friendly in there though

The staff there at broad rock library is superb, vey knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Excellent in being very helpful. They always encourage you and helpful when needed. They're always greeting you when you come through the doors. Outstanding and they all deserve raises.😇😇😇😇😇

I went to the broad rock library to make a copy but I forgot my change purse the librarians were so kind and offered to let me make a copy using funds left by others even though it was only 15¢ I was so grateful for their kindness... I did find 14¢ in my car I went back in and gave it to them sooo moved by this act of kindness

Staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to help accommodate our meetings, going so far as to set up the equipment. We will always choose the broad rock library.

Most services are done outdoors because of the virus such as faxing, scanning and copying. Books are checked out via online website.
