I’ve been coming to Westhampton Cleaners laundromat off-and-on for years. It’s never been great but it’s current condition is pretty unacceptable. Approximately half of the washers don’t work - they’re all outdated. The facility is very shabby considering the west end demographic. Wheels on the carts are falling apart, very few wash settings to choose from, no A/C, dryers without heat, etc. Take your laundry somewhere else. Maybe the dry cleaning service is fine - I don’t know. Two stars because parking is easy.

I went to use this facility on Nov 6, 2016. My washing machine broke down after 20 years and I needed to do my laundry while shopping for a new washer. I used to live in the fan long ago and remembered the place. Well, when I got there I was extremely disappointed and stunned to see the BAD condition that it's in! I remember the place used to be family owned; I seriously doubt it's under the same ownership. Inside, some machines had "out of order" signs on them... others had broken knobs and broken or missing glass gauges on them... the ceiling is peeling off really bad... it just looks like a real DUMP! $2/load for the small machines and $6/load on the larger machines (2 of those). It's a real shame the way the place looks now... a depressing site!!! Go elsewhere!!!

I Came Here Once Before And Everything Work Just Find. Now When I Come I Waste Money And Detergent Because Two Of The Machines Dont Work And It Dont Have An Out Of Order Sign On It. I Will Be Calling Management Tomorrow Because My Money Will Be Reimbursed .. Never Again....
