We moved to Richmond two and a half years ago. We have been using them for pickup and delivery for the whole time since then.
They have never lost anything. The laundry and dry cleaning are both excellent.
Their pricing is extremely reasonable given the excellence of their service.
We have found their customer service to be courteous and responsive always.
They run an excellent business.

Yes, this place is open during renovations! The staff are amazing and helpful. Had a pair jeans repaired and they did an awesome job.

I do laundry here every week and love it. Sylvia and her staff are super friendly and they do loyalty cards for the white medium washers, which I end up using 2 of every week. Laundry costs $3.00 for a wash for a medium washer and $0.50 for 8 minutes of drying, $0.25 / 5 minutes after that. Her dryers are large enough that they get my clothes dry every time after about 25 minutes on the medium setting.

I've also had two pairs of jeans hemmed by her. She's a bit pricey but the lengths were perfect! She's super cheap for dress alterations, though! I had a wedding to go to last year and needed my bridesmaid dress taken in. I came to her 9-10 weeks before the wedding and picked it up 2 weeks before. She does amazing work!

Great place, and the owner Devon truly cares about his business. My order got kind of lost, and he went out of his way to make sure he found them and even stayed after hours until almost 10pm to make sure I received what I had ordered, which was alterations to a set of dress clothes. Would recommend.

Best laundromat around. Friendly staff and you can pay with credit card. They have good machines (though the staff are sometimes using them all for wash and fold). I didn't realize that this was a self service laundromat for a long time, but the door is open so just go on in.

Very clean, efficient machines for self service. The staff is very trustworthy and has always taken good care of my valuable clothing properly, and returned them in a timely fashion. The hours of operation are also very convenient for any day of the week.

Better and less expensive than many others

This company does great work. They are always busy and still find time to get your order perfect. Everyone working is always polite and the atmosphere is always friendly.

Awesome Laundromat with three different sizes of washing machines and very family friendly interior! You can also have items sent to the cleaners at a decent price.
