I only trust Bill & his wife Martha with my car. They are honest and hard working. Their shop does quality work and is very professional. They communicate well, don’t drag out labor hours, and most importantly are honest and respectable (which is difficult to find from other auto repairs). My whole family goes to Bill and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

What a great find! We were in town for just a few days to visit our granddaughter and her Toyota 4Runner was making some bad brake sounds. Dealer was going to be over $4000, Bill got us in the next day replaced all brakes & rotors and rear calipers for around a third. Excellent service. So happy to have found this place!

They waived the diagnostic fee of $150, which was a pleasant surprise. It's clear that they value their customers and prioritize fairness.

Bill and Martha care about the people driving the cars as much as they cars they service that to me is the best testament to his great business and mechanical services.

He is my local go-to mechanic shop.
He keeps my older model car alive and running well.

He is fair, reasonable, and gives me price/selection options whenever possible.
He tells me what to look out for about other things in my car during my oil change service- if something like if my brake pads are soon due for new ones and what to look out for. I appreciate that!

I am not the only one who thinks he is great, while I am waiting for my car service I hear others in the waiting room complimenting his service.

Great service and great pricing, they stayed open after hours for us which really saved the day as we had a flat tire and had little options.. They really came through for us.

Bill is the most honest fair priced mechanic I've ever been to! My Audi needed a new water pump and when I called, he told me that there should be an extended warranty on the water pump for my specific car. He was right. I eventually had to take my car into Bill for an additional service. I will be a forever customer for all my car needs. If you need an honest, no BS mechanic, Bill is your guy!

Went to Mavis with a nail in my car’s rear tire.. they told me, I need a new tire.. called Bill’s Auto at 5:50 pm (they close by 6pm) and asked them can I come over, they said yes and waited, rectified the flat in a minute though it was raining heavily.. God bless these people…they are awesome.. I became a fan of this business and recommend to my colleagues…

Great repair facility. Bill is an extremely honest mechanic, which is hard to find these days. He was communicative during the service process and did not try to upsell on any additional service like the Mercedes dealership wanted to do on my wife's car. I almost don't want to review Bill's because then more people will come and make him even busier. He's such a hard worker, and a kind soul. My husband and I love him to pieces and will never go anywhere else. His staff are all lovely people and very competent in what they do. They do foreign and domestic cars, complex and simple problems. He's one of the few honest Boca Raton businessmen around.

I took my car into Bill's Auto Repair for the first time yesterday based on the amazing reviews and a phone call to Bill himself. Although I didn't have the chance to meet Bill in person yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting John. The shop itself reminds me of a family auto shop I used to go to back in Texas, which I've had a hard time finding in south Florida. The prices were very fair and I didn't feel pressured for more services that didn't need to be done. They were prompt, polite and professional.
