I visited Jewelers of Parkland for the first time to have a missing stone added to the band of my engagement ring. The owners were extremely informative about the repair needed and very kind to my child and me. They showed me a unique aspect of my diamond using a magnifying glass so that I could confirm that it was mind at the time of pickup, which allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease leaving it there. When I picked my ring up, it looked beautiful and the total cost was even lower than they estimated, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I found this jewelry. I went originally to re do my ring, they not only listened to what I wanted and showed me a great variety of options, from what they have in store but also from a variety of brochures. They made sure I found exactly what I wanted. They stayed in touch with me all along the way until my ring was ready and it was just what I wanted!!
After that I went again to have my MIL watch band fixed (which they couldn’t do at other jewelers) and they not only fixed it but they didn’t even want to charge me for it since they said it was an easy fix.
It is not easy to find good and honest people nowadays, which is why I am certainly recommending this jewelry!!

So amazing!! I went here after getting engaged recently. Unfortunately, my ring from NYC jeweler is a little too big. Not only did they wait for me to arrive just after 6pm (closing at 6pm) but she put a ring guard on in seconds and reassured me sizing would take 1-2 days so we don’t have to ship out to New York for a week plus! Definitely will use this awesome jeweler in the future!! Thank you so much!!

Horrible service first they want to charge over price to size a ring that dident bought with them,then I ask to size my finger and he was giving me allthe excuses that wherever I bought the ring they sure do all that I feel so uncomfortable that I left,my first time coming here last …..
