Evelyn is the absolute best! I was lucky enough to get to work with her as the selling agent on my home and I could not have been more happy with her level of professionalism, expertise and ability to get the job done! From the very first meeting, I knew I was in good hands with her. She was very detailed and knowledgeable on the comps and other properties in the area. I was hesitant to list my house for what I did, but she encouraged me and was able to get way over asking! She was very communicative the whole time and always only a phone call or text away. She made sure to stay in touch with me and answer any questions I had. Not to mention, she went above and beyond at the open house and then accommodating potential buyers. I recently used Premiere Luxury Homes for the purchase of our first home. I can't say enough amazing things about the support Loretta and Howard gave us during the purchase of our new condo home. Loretta was especially great with showing us and setting us up with all the listings within our budget, because were from Toronto it was a bit harder seeing as weren't close by but the team made us feel very comfortable and upfront with the areas we were looking at even if we were a flight away.

The team was also very responsive when we were making offers on listings and doing their absolute best to try and get us in at the right offer along with the budget we had in mind.

Our experience with Premiere Luxury Homes was excellent! Loretta worked extremely hard for more than a year to find us a home. We put in several offers, and eventually had to change our search area because of a new job offer. Loretta had to start all over again.
