Coral Springs Museum of Art

Interesting museum. First of all admission is free. It's small and easy to get around. Clean and open, I enjoyed the current exhibition of yarn painting. I took my 9 year old along and she enjoyed it also. There is a room off the main exhibit hall designed for little ones to play and draw etc. There is also a gift shop with all handmade items. The attendant was helpful and friendly. This museum is accessible by public transportation if you do not drive. There is also a big park nearby to hang if you have the time. Overall it was a good experience. I will go again.

I recently paid a visit to the Coral Springs Museum of Art, and while my initial excitement was met with a slight disappointment, I'm eager to share my experience to help others not make the same mistake.
Upon arriving, the captivating allure of the grounds and the captivating outdoor artwork immediately drew me in, setting the stage for what promises to be an enriching and delightful art experience. 🎨🏛🌟
However, once I reached the entrance window, I discovered a sign indicating that access is temporarily closed during exhibit changes. While I initially assumed the museum was always accessible, I learned that occasional closures do occur. While I wish this information had been posted on Google maps, staying museum is closed on said dates, I believe my experience can serve as a helpful heads-up for others.
So, from my experience, I'd say it's advisable to make a quick call ahead of time to ensure that there's an ongoing exhibit to explore. Despite this minor setback, I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit. The anticipation only adds to my eagerness to explore the museum's diverse and captivating exhibits. 🎨🏛

Here is a little gem of something to do that's completely free in Coral Springs. The museum has dozens of pieces of art work on display in a clean modern space. The staffer behind the counter told us the art pieces get rotation in and out regularly. We took a six-year old and we browsed our way through the exhibits. Then we came upon a pencil-coloring art activity that he enjoyed doing. All bargain hunters in the area looking for something to do should really check this out. You won't be disappointed.

Escaped the sweaty summer heat and spent a few hours here with my daughter. Beautiful exhibits. Worth a visit, with or without kids.

This is a cool little museum. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. My family enjoyed their time viewing everything. It’s a great place with a wonderful staff. I definitely recommend taking some time to visit.

I went to an art show here! It was beautifully set up. The cause was to help with Suicide Prevention & resources to do so! Everything was lovely, it was my first time here & I can't wait to visit again !

Visited the art exhibit this evening called Inspired By. It was well done. The exhibits were fantastic and my sister Danette Thompson even had her own wonderful entry. This is my first time there and the entire location is well designed. It shares a building with the Theater, Coral Springs Center for the Arts. It's a thoughtful design to pair the performing arts theater with the art museum. Take the time to visit the art museum. It's well worth it!

I didn't know about the existence of this place but my son just heard one of his friends take some art classes there. We went and took a tour and the place is super cool, they offer different art classes for kids and adults. The people that work there are friendly and super collaborative.
