Very good experience, they have everything i need for my home 🏡, easy to find things, store is clean only restrooms 🚽 are very dirty, staff was very friendly, prices are ok 👍 good brands , many to choose, fast check out , i leave in the area for the passed 20 years i always visit this store never have any problems there , and the wallmart is on the side , and is by the 441 and sample rd , easy access, cross street is Burlington factory store , post office etc…. I come to this Lowes many times a year and yesterday we were helped by Dana and bald Josh and let me tell you they were AMAZING! Both Very approachable and easy to communicate with, made our shopping experience so simple. Dana helped us with purchasing our tiles and was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with!

I recently wrote a terrible review in regards to my experience here however I want to express my sincere gratitude to Rob at Lowe's for going above and beyond to resolve an issue created by this company (failure to deliver my item on time, not notifying me, and then just putting my order to be delivered a week later without even consulting with me). Despite the confusion with my order, Rob took immediate action to rectify the situation. His dedication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I truly appreciate the effort Rob put in to ensure my customer satisfaction. You truly exemplify customer service, performed service recovery for this company, and closed the loop. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Went on a trip to "Lowe's" and found it to be an experience. Comparing it to "Homedepot" I found a few things of interest. For starters the staff has to be tracked down when you are looking mighty confused and need help and you know....I didn't mind that because browsing was fun. The store doesn't smell of fresh cut wood that gives you a massive headache when entering. Plenty of parking and no need to wait 10 minutes to back out when leaving.

Lowe's has a pretty good appliance display. Only place I found appliances from Highsense. Their lighting department is beautifully displayed I loved it. It wasn't very crowed when I arrived but got very busy after 30 minutes in the store. I went to price a fridge and a washer dryer and I'll go back in about a week to place an order.

Daniel was awesome! Best person I have ever had for customer service. He went way out of his way to help my wife and I with all of the material we needed. Even helped load everything in my truck.
If he worked for me I would definitely give him a raise!

I've been shopping at the Turtle Creek for years and have never really experienced any real issues. I really like the staff here. They're always there to assist with you whenever you ask for help. A good thing about this store is how it's usually not too busy there. So I'm able to shop and grab what I'm looking for and make a quick exit without the worry of long lines.

I am a fan of Lowe's. The stores are neat and clean. The employees are eager to help. And most importantly, the quality of the items they sell is a little bit higher than the other big box stores.

My many thank to Jason and his manager for providing excellent customer service, many thanks, I tried your competition and can honestly say goodbye to them and now Lowe’s is my number one store

I came to Lowe’s to buy sod, paint and a garden hose. Victoria works in the garden center. She was exceptional. Providing me with sanitizer, bags for the sods and water to wash my hands. People like her is what we need everywhere, thanks Victoria!

I was there about two weeks ago.
The person that helped me was named Travan he was so helpful and professional i was surprised that he helped me so much other times when i came there the people acted like i was bothering them to ask for help. This young man went out of his way to find me the material i needed. We need a lot more people like him.

Every dept that I visited had a worker in it who was available to answer my questions and direct in the right direction. The store was also very clean.

Love these guys. Mike is the best manager he will make sure you are Happy if you need help he will assist to the very end. Congrats Mike

I Preferred Lowe's over home Depot only because I think the stores are cleaner and better organized .

Went to this Lowe’s on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised on the friendliness of the staff. There were a few employees that asked if I needed assistance, although I located the item myself, but helped with locating a price check. Although raining, I found plenty of close parking and self-checkout was smooth. I wish Lowe’s had tap to pay but it will upgrade at some point. Not a bad visit.

Went to Lowe’s today to buy a washer and dryer set I saw online and was helped by Tuesday. She was so patient with me as I was unable to purchase the items on the web site and had to pick from the store selection. Tuesday took the time to find me a washer dryer set with similar features, great customer reviews and a lower price! She even informed me that I would need to purchase some accessories ( plugs and hoses) that were not included and I was able to get Next day delivery! Tuesday went above and beyond for me and is definitely an asset to the Lowe’s team!!!

Lowe's seems better stocked than Home Depot for consumers buying. Some employees are more helpful than others. They are also cutting down on cashier's.
