One of the most hard working and professional business owner’s I’ve met. It was my first time here, I came with a literal last minute emergency that had to do with my engagement. The owner understood the gravity of the situation and without even having to ask, made everything happen for me with one day to spare.

Price point is simply OUTSTANDING. First time customer, and a forever more returning customer!!!! Such a refreshing feeling to have the quality of customer service match the quality and efficiency of the business.

I took my battered shoes to Simple Dry cleaners, they were highly recommended for shoe repair. After seeing some of the ‘before and after’ pictures; I thought it would be worth taking my beloved shoes there.. and I can tell you.. it was a great decision!! Not only did they resole and condition my shoes.. they look amazing!!! And their service was impressive, very helpful and friendly, I always got an update on my shoes..

I found Simple Dry Cleaners on Google. It was a pleasant experience. They kept you up to date via texts. You were always in the loop from drop off to pick up. The quality of the cleaning and the packaging was excellent. I definitely will use this business when the need arises.

I’m a bit late on this review but I had to make it known how great this dry cleaner is and how much I appreciated doing business with them. Everyone there was friendly and understanding, and they all were willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I dropped off a lab coat that I needed ready for my white coat ceremony the following day (I know, last minute). Without even skipping a beat, the woman I had the pleasure of doing business with that day assured me we could rush the order and that they would have it ready for me to pick up on my way to my ceremony. I picked it up the next day from an extremely friendly and personable man who congratulated me on My accomplishment and sent me off with my perfectly dry cleaned and pressed lab coat. They people I came across there were clearly very proud of their work and happy to leave a great impression with their customers. Will 100% be using them again for any other services I may be needing.

I love the fact they expanded their operation. The service received was as expected - outstanding. I am very much looking forward to their upcoming after hours drop off service.

Polite, hard working, and true to their word. I've gone here a couple of times, and for the most part, everything has been smooth.

On one occasion, they accidentally gave my suit to another customer. Despite this happening, the workers did not blame one another or come up with excuses. Instead, the owner worked hard to get my suit back and credited me with a free dry clean for my next visit. I didn't go back for a couple of months but when I did, they happily applied my free dry clean. Something about that made me really respect this place and their workers. Haven't had a problem since, and they continue to do good work.

The best dry cleaners! I highly recommend! I used to drive all the way to Miami because I was scared to try new dry cleaners. But I am so glad that I found this company. They have great customer service, and they even offer delivery! Couldn’t get any better!

I cannot recommend this business enough! I had to have my daughters' dry cleaning done ASAP for DECA at school. The owner told me he could have the job done same day with reasonable charge. Just 5 hours later, the blazers were done and looked great! The owner even suggested how to offer the school a group discount. We will definitely be back!

I’ve always used Simple Dry Cleaners…the staff is very accommodating, easy to work with, and goes the extra mile in taking care of clothing brought to them…I find their prices quite economical, and they’re always on schedule according to the ticket’s pick-up dates…I’ll recommend my friends, family, etc…to experience their good service…
