Terrano Plumbing is definitely the plumbers you want to call when you want to get the job done right, and don't want to worry about integrity. They are one of the rare companies in the industry that are honest, on time, and only employ the best people. The employees are true professionals, and they take pride in their work, especially Steve and his team. Allot of plumbing work is "behind the scenes," which covered up by walls, etc and we've dealt with all kinds before. Ross the owner is a true professional, and he will tell you up front what he can do and can't do. There will be no surprises. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality of work is worth it, especially for vital work that are behind the walls and can't be "seen." Ross doesn't cut corners and we would highly recommend his company.

I called Terrano Plumbing to find a leak and resolve it. They fit me in immediately to the schedule. Kevin and Denis came out, resolved the leak and help guide me through what I would need to do next. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing requirements.

Due to deficient construction, there was major job to be done in my primary bathroom. Terrano came in and took care of everything. I had my kitchen totally renovated by Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling in January 2022. From the very beginning when it came to the demo of the old kitchen to the end of the renovation I was extremely pleased with Ross and his vendors. This was the first time I lived through a renovation, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Every time Ross told me a vendor would be there they showed up and were never late and in South Florida that's amazing. Ross and his office staff, Debbie and Brie were wonderful about keeping me informed of when the vendors would be at the house. The quality and service that Ross provides is second to none. Could I have gotten a kitchen renovation at a lesser cost, I'm sure, but it would not have been the same quality as what Ross and his team provided. In life you get what you paid for, and I just can't be happier with my new kitchen. It's just better than I ever imaged. I would highly recommend Ross and his team to anyone. You will not be disappointed with the service and quality of work.

I cannot say enough good things about Ross and the entire Terrano team. They recently completed a total remodel of my guest bathroom and the quality of their work was exceptional. They were highly communicative regarding each step of the process and went out of their way to minimize any disruptions in our home. You will not find a more competent team for any home improvement project.

Steve and Denys were fantastic. They explained everything and gave us an itemized estimate of all the work. They were honest and did not overcharge. They quoted us $250 for a possible broken part on the toilet but it wasn’t broken and we saved $250. We wouldn’t have been the wiser but they were honest and professional. That’s the kind of service which will keep us coming back and to pass the word around. Honesty just isn’t common enough these days and it was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

I was very happy with my experience with Terrano Plumbing. Joanna who answered my phone call was very helpful and professional. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys who came to do the toilet repair were also very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Terrano Plumbing.

I finally found a great Plumber in Southeastern Florida! Steve and Denny did a terrific job replacing my undersized water heater with an 80 gallon unit, and installing a Kohler HydroRail in the shower, which completely stumped two of the other large plumbing companies in the area. I had several bad experiences with plumbers since moving to Florida a year ago. Terrano did a great job across the board - from scoping out and quoting the job, to confirming the appointment, and finally following up to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We’ve used this family run business a few times now. All with great results and fair prices. They came out most recently on a Sunday to save us from a backup up toilet. They were responsive, professional and most importantly fixed the issue. I highly recommend Ross and his team.

I can't even remember the last time that I wrote a review, but then again, I've had no one impress me as much as Terrano Plumbing. Professional, courteous, honest, and superior craftsmanship are the first things that come to mind.

Ross and his entire team are absolutely the best. We had a leak somewhere under our home and called them based upon a neighbors recommendation. Within hours, they had a leak detection service out to our home to assess the situation. The person was thorough and took the time to explain each step in the process.

After the leak was pin-pointed, Ross came to the house and walked us through the process including the installation options for 2 new water heaters. Very informative and honest on all fronts. Within hours we received a quote for repair, signed the contract electronically and were put on the schedule.

Each person on his team takes pride in their work and it shows! They showed up exactly on time each morning, left the home clean and organized at the end of each day. Very easy to chat with and they also took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. They certainly took a stressful situation and made it far less stressful. We are certainly thankful to them for the work that they did and are looking forward to working with them on a bathroom remodel in the coming months.

Terrano plumbing is the only plumbing company for me! The reason being is Ross Terrano has incredible integrity not displayed in many people these days. I will spare you the details but I am impressed with his integrity and if He is leading the company then it’s a great company!

Terrano Plumbing is a great company with courteous and helpful employees who are knowledgable, timely, and organized. Their administrative staff is easy to work with and not just pleasant but responsive, cheerful, and patient. Repairs have been done quickly, correctly, and for a fair price.
