Trek Sheboygan

I have purchased a total of 6 bikes (for myself and my family) from Trek Sheboygan, the latest being this beautiful Domane Project One. Tyler was a great resource and guided me through the process of ordering. He let me know when the bike arrived and invited me to the shop for the unboxing and build. I can’t say enough positive things about the quality of the customer experience one receives as soon as you walk in the door. I’m a Trek fan for life!

I purchased a bike that I rode for a few days, not fully satisfied they took it back and gracefully exchanged it for another bike Tyler then took the time to make sure I was happy with my new Serfas E bike 350 .I am one happy customer.

I had a specialized tire I needed replaced. Even though I did not buy the bike there, they were willing to store it and fix it for me. Thanks guys! Appreciate it!

Trek has a my go to brand of bikes for years. So I know these guys are going to be able to take care of any of my questions and/or service needs.
Specifically I have brought in 3 very different bikes for tune ups and maintenance. Each time, the team has fixed then expertly, in an ideal amount of time, and for a fair price.

I drove 20 minutes to this Trek store and I was very pleased with the service I received. The quality is outstanding. The store is very clean and well organized. The customer service is excellent. Chris and Tyler are friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Good work!

I brought my ebike (not purchased at Trek Sheboygan) to Trek Sheboygan for 2 new tires. Chris handled the purchase and installation promptly and even tweaked a couple of items the bike needed without charge. Great service and attitude. Trek Sheboygan is my go-to bike shop in Sheboygan County as the others have fallen short.

Purchased a Trek Domane and a Trek FX2 to replace a Trek Pilot 2.1 and a Trek 720. While I am enjoying the short rides on each new bike, I haven't been able to ride them long distances and rate them yet. But, I am comfortable expecting they will ride great. What I like about dealing with Sheboygan Trek is that I dealt with Tyler on my initial purchase of the Pilot and 720, 30 years ago, and servicing of the Trek Pilot and Trek 720 over the last 30 years. It was a natural comfortable flow for me to purchase the Domane and the FX 2 from him.
this time also. His recommendations over the last 30 years have been spot on. So, after he and Tom recommended the Domane and FX 2 that was in store, I gave Tyler a list of 13 accessories I wanted to be added / changed between both bikes. Between Tyler and Chris they assembled both bikes, so they are decked out with road pedals, campus pedals, racks, and bags, etc. just as I envisioned them. They listened and gave me not only what I wanted, but made recommendations I hadn't thought of. That's great customer service in the eyes of a former banker. That's why I'll keep dealing with Sheboygan Trek and why I would recommend others do also.

This was the first time I've gone to Trek for bike service. My brand new e-bike (purchased elsewhere) developed a puncture (rusty nail, construction zone) and we went to Trek since they work on bikes that weren't bought in their store. The technician on duty, Chris, could not have been more impressive. He was friendly, communicative, kind, made helpful suggestions to expedite the repair, etc. The repair was completed quickly and at a terrific price. He even gave me back my old inner tube, included a patch kit, and saved the rusty nail so I could see what punctured my tire. I'm truly impressed with Trek, especially Chris, and have been spreading the good word to all my biking-enthusiast friends. Terrific job guys!

The guys at Trek Sheboygan are very knowledgeable and helped me pick equipment and a bike that I wanted for my travels out west.

We were on vacation at Kohler Andrea State Parks when we discovered the charger for my new electric Townie didn’t work, and my bike was dead. We went to Stadium Bike to see if they could help us out. Tyler got us taken care of quickly, and at no charge. We didn’t buy the bike there, so he really had no reason to help us out, which makes it all the more impressive. That’s what top notch Trek service looks like!

I have to give a big shout out to Chris at Trek Sheboygan. He has been incredibly helpful to me to make sure my bike is in optimal working order and that I am in the best position while riding. He has also done a great job explaining things to me when I have questions.

I was so excited when I heard we were getting a Trek store. I love the brand Trek and the guys at this location are awesome. They never steer you wrong or give you a line of BS just to sell you a bike. I worked with Max when I was in and couldn't be happier with his knowledge and patience in dealing with my many questions.
If you're looking to buy a really stylish and reliable bike Trek is a great choice and this is the store you should buy it from.

I've always liked Trek as a brand. They've always made quality, reliable, stylish products at a reasonable price very accessible to the average everyday consumer and I really like the fact that the company is based right here in my home state of Wisconsin USA👍 I'm also very happy that we have finally gotten a Trek store in my hometown of Sheboygan. The staff here are super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and biking in general. They never push anything on you just to get the sale, but rather inform and educate you on the different aspects of any product you may be interested in. I will always recommend to anyone looking to upgrade to a newer bike or get into it for the first time to take a look at Trek and the Sheboygan Trek store.

Cool place! We got free water bottles with our purchase and a free 1 Year tune up. Max is super helpful/knowledgeable.

I found the exact bike I was looking for the sales guys were great and helped me make sure it was the right fit for me there was no pressure to buy extra items (I did anyways) but was happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to buy more products

The Trek store in Sheboygan has really stepped it up in the past year. They went through a management change, and it certainly seems for the better. I had an initial issue with my bike when I purchased it, but Tyler went above and beyond to make it right. Tyler has a great team and I would certainly recommend them for your bike and bike service needs.

I like the personal customer service they provide at our local Trek store in Sheboygan. I also feel the mechanical work they perform on bikes is exceptional.
