Publix great place to shop

Very nice people Toni and Hector in special. They always go there extra mile to take care of you. I get all my medications and vaccines at this location.

The absolutely worst experience in this store. I waited 10 min to talk to a manager and he walked away only to find out he was the team leader. 20 mins in deli counter to get service. They are chaotic disorganised not using the “ take a number system” which caused confusion and argument with 2 customers over who would be served next . This store definitely below standard of other Publix with staff and service. The two young people: Jefferson and Tashanda at checkout were polite and efficient with good customer service.

pharmacist at this location, merley is her name along with the other pharmacist
are rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. If they dont have your prescription they will tell you to call other pharmacies, and will also refuse to fill them if you are a new customer as well they will cancel the prescription request

Be aware that they’ll stop carrying your medication & instead of letting you or your doctors office know when they’re sent the refill script, they’ll just let you find out when you’re out of your medication - even if you’ve been refilling that script through them for nearly a year.

Worst experience with a pharmacy in a while. Called earlier to have them xfer a prescription over after wal mart told me that's what I had to do. Then the person who picks up was really rude and insisted I had to get walmart to call them. Spent 20 minutes going back and forth with both pharmacies until I eventually just called another wal mart. Don't fill here go somewhere else to avoid the hassle.
