Excellent and reliable service !

I don’t recommend this company An extremely rude driver came today. My mom is in a wheelchair recovering from a cervical surgery plus she has issues with her left angle and has a boot. This is why we hired the service to take her to her appointment. The driver came before expected and my mom was not ready and he was yelling at her that she had to get dressed and eat fast because he was there already, then he expected her to go downstairs on her own.

The other companies always come to the apartment to pick her up. His attitude was unacceptable. He was very rude. My mom was very stressed and he was blaming me for not taking her downstairs, which is HIS JOB plus even if I wanted to I can’t do I have an injury as well. There was a reason why we needed their service.
My mom had to call customer service, the driver finally came up to pick her up and he was complaining and complaining and fighting because he had to come to the her apartment to take her to the ambulance. All the ride he was still complaining about it. NEVER had SUCH A BAD experience.

Save yourself the aggravation and use a different company.
