Publix Pharmacy at Parkland Commons

This pharmacy is second to none! I’ve tried them all in Parkland. If you need professional proactive super efficient service from your pharmacy this is the place to go. They treat you with respect and will attempt fulfill your needs to the best of their ability. They offer automated or in person. Never on hold for more than a couple minutes. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE HERE!!

I visited this Publix Pharmacy today to get my Flu shot. I am a big baby when it comes to shots and have never had the Flu shot, but after getting the Flu last year knew I needed to get it. Lisa went above and beyond to make me feel better! She was professional and friendly which made me feel at ease. She was very quick and gentle. Highly recommend visiting for your Flu shot! Thank you, Lisa!

The female Pharmacist that gives Flu shots is a Queen. She is so very kind, her hands are so light you won't feel a thing. Very grateful having a Pro like her in our favorite store.

Love this store everyone is very friendly and have the best Customer Service.

The staff is always ready to help, and has gone the extra mile for my family on more than one occasion.

My prescription is very hard to get always back ordered. This Publix was the only one who had. I usually pay $27-30 for three month supply. This Publix $42 for same. I found it at Walgreens for $27. Goodbye Publix. I don’t grocery shop here either because of outrageous prices. Keep it up and Walmart can buy your store and expand.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. My husband told them my prescription didn’t seem right yet they told him it was perfectly fine then proceeded to charge him $200 for a $30 prescription, when I brought back the prescription UNOPENED still everything sealed so we could not pay $200 the pharmacists said nothing he could do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL will never use this pharmacy again.

I do not know how people find this pharmacy ever helpful. They never have the prescription ready on time. When they know you are suppose to have a refill it isn't in stock. You you need anything besides aspirin it has to be ordered. This is the worst pharmacy I've been too in 30 years. I only give it one star because I'm not allowed to give zero.
