Moms Helping Moms Shuttle Service

I first started using MHM shuttle a few years ago for my two girls. I was very happy with their services and now I use them to get my son, who just started kindergarten this year, and my daughter home in the afternoons. I never have to worry if they've made it home safe. Sharron is always very helpful and responds promptly whenever I have an issue. My kids have safe and reliable transportation in the afternoons and as a working parent of 3 I can't ask for anything better than that.

My first contact with this service was August 28, 2017, I found myself suddenly with no way to get my daughter home from middle school. I contacted this business and Sharon asked me what I had done previously for transportation. I explained to her the my dad had always picked my daughter up but he had died suddenly the week before and I was at a loss. Sharon treated me so gently and with great compassion. I knew then this was a person I could entrust my child's well being too. At a time I was overwhelmed and stressed and had many worries, this woman helped me with one of the most necessary and tangible ones. For the past two years I have relied on Moms Helping Moms, my daughter was picked up from school every day for two years, never a single issue. She was delivered home safe and sound on a daily basis. We even used this service this summer for an afternoon class my daughter wanted to take. I highly recommend this company and would use them again and again! The name of the company Mom's helping Mom's is exactly what it is, but the help is more than a ride, it's peace of mind.

I have a unique perspective on Moms Helping Moms. I was a driver for them and now I use their service for my daughter. I know first hand the attention to safety and care that is expected of all of their drivers and wouldn't use their service for my own child if I didn't trust them completely. The staff is very friendly and caring. When you use this service you are not a customer, you are family. The staff treats each child like their own and makes sure they arrive home or whatever destination safely. The staff even waits to make sure the child enters their home safely. No child is ever just dropped off without confirming they are safely inside. I trust them 100% with my baby boy!

This is the 1st year my kids ride a bus home. They were very worried about the motion sickness they usually get when riding a bus but on the first day, they came home so happy. The said the bus is very clean & air conditioned, & there was no loud music or horse playing so it made the ride home quick and safe. Thank you to the whole staff for taking such great care of my tribe. Ms. Sharon and the entire team truly care about all the kiddos they transport. Taking the time to get to know each and every child by name. Overall, a wonderful experience for my family. We will be returning next year!
