Our out of state insurance assigned this company to handle our claim when we were rear-ended. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with over the phone and email.

The insurance company for the at-fault party that struck my parked vehicle utilized their services for a vehicle dimmunition of value claim. The Claims Adjuster, Emilio Alvarez applied a simple algorithm which does not accurately analyze the real-world loss of value of vehicle involved in an accident. Emilio was unprofessional and quite rude when pressed with questioning around the methods used to determine loss of value.

My car was rear ended and the person that hit me has out of state coverage which this company handles they claims. They are HORRIBLE and lack of communication i have been waiting for almost 2wks the person has admitted fault and they still holding me up from getting my car fix, i have never seen business like this before ever!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service and rude representatives! The one I am working with Jennifer Ghetti is so rude! She doesn’t answer phone calls at all! I got in accident back in August and I spoke with her the day of my accident. I made several attempts to call her in September and she never contacted me! She waited til October to finally contact me just to tell me she can’t do anything for me!
