West Boca Medical Center

Visited the fast track ER this Saturday for severe dehydration with my cousin. Let me tell you I’ve always liked west Boca but today I mean the care surpassed my expectations. Our nurse practitioner Leah was so awesome and helpful. The renovations were so nice. I do have to give a special shout out and thank you to our RN Meghan who went above and beyond to not only make us comfortable but also took the time to really give the best care. She took the time to explain things to us and made sure we were okay constantly. She was so awesome and her personality was just so refreshing to be around her charisma is absolutely awesome and infectious! She truly is an asset to the ER department at west Boca! Thank you Meghan again for your dedication and care meant the world that you care this much and made me feel like my cousin was in the best hands the entire time! Thank you Meghan, Leah and west Boca ER!

I brought my 18 month old daughter to the ER this past Wednesday for an upset stomach and it was so nice to be able to get in quickly and be greeted with caring and warm people. Dr. Lima was thorough and attentive, Hannah our ER nurse was so sweet, very calm and talked us through everything she was doing. The ER was clean and I felt like everyone was communicating well with each other and myself. You could tell their flow was organized and I felt safe knowing I brought my daughter there. She was later admitted, given fluids and taken care of so well. Dr. Harris was her pediatric doctor while she was there, you could tell she was not only competent but caring as well. My daughter is now doing so much better and bouncing all over the place as usual. Very Grateful for the pediatric doctors and nursing team at West Boca 🙏🙏.

Today my 92 year old mother underwent shoulder surgery to remove a shoulder replacement and also had an infection in that shoulder area.
There was a recovery room nurse named Joe that went out of his way to make sure my mother was comfortable and provided exceptional care when setting her up in her room.
I want to also thank nurses Corey, Laura and Cheryl for making sure mom was prepared prior to surgery and relaxed for a very scary ptocedure. They took extra care to set her mind at ease.
The surgery was successful and she has a long road to recovery but I truly am appreciative to the staff in the surgical unit and Joe in recovery. Thank you all.

I spent a few days in West Boca Medical Center on the 2nd floor in the telemetry unit. I could not begin to explain what an amazing experience it was, irrespective of my condition their team did everything possible to make it the most pleasant experience possible. I have to give a shout out to a couple of names that try stood out… Daneaka, Nicole and Rose. I wish there was something I could say they need to improve, but truth be told, there’s nothing! Fantastic care 24/7! Unbeatable Thank you!

My family and I strongly recommend this facility. My 82 grandma was admitted to West Boca Medical Center, second floor telemetry unit for bronchitis and she received the best care ever. All the nurse were so kind and helpful. RN Anthony made my grandma feel safe and well taking care, he was very approachable and included the family in her care. RN Melany was so sweet, professional and communicative. Charge nurses Susie and nurse Antonella advocated for my grandma and facilitated the discharge process. Overall great experience. She went home feeling so much better and is recovering well. The whole family is thankful to all the staff that cared for her.

My husband was the pt in the telemetry unit, and I found every single nurse and pct are kind caring and efficient, I never had such an exceptional experience in the hospital like this hospital and I highly recommend this hospital West Boca Medical to anyone! Even the food is good! Special thanks to nurse Nicole, Tina, pct, and entire staff and doctors for the wonderful care! 10+ plus rating! It has been a wonderful experience from the unit manager to staff! I am truly blessed! 5 Stars rating for the best nursing team in Florida! My husband is well care for ! I am so lucky to have him back home! Thanks again

This hospital has been good to me. Unfortunately I’m coming here more and more as my love ones get older. Currently my best friend’s step dad is here. Cherish the ones that love you!!!❤❤❤ This is hard:(

I had a wonderful experience on my delivery at this hospital. All nurses at the labor ane delivery department were incredible; so kind and at the same time very professional. My family were treated very well by all staff. I want to thank Stephanie in particular who was a great support when I was in pain and while getting the epidural. I thank God for putting them in my life on this special moment of our lives!

Our experience was fantastic, from start to finish. Everyone from the doctors to the nursing staff, especially RN Rose, who was our first nurse post surgery and followed as charge nurse throughout the rest of our stay. She made us feel very comfortable and safe. What an amazing team, from Triage and L&D to Postpartum. All we can say is thank you for taking such good care of us and our baby boy!

I’d like to share my experience with a kitchen worker that made my stay so wonderful! Her name is Diane Landry and every morning she would come in my room with such positivity and a big smile, asking me what she could do to get me to eat. I had surgery and am very sick with a sever infection so I really needed to eat and she saw to it that she would do whatever she could to accommodate me! The turning point was she never gave up on me and brought me light meals that got me started to finally get an appetite to want to eat and now has helped in my recovery and healing! Never underestimate the importance of every employee from doctors nurses and in my case this wonderful women who went out of her way to help me in my recuperation!! I cannot say enough about how this lady has helped me in every way she could!! Diane Landry is a gem in your kitchen and an employee that deserves attention for her commitment to her job, and it helped me gain strength!! I looked forward to her coming in every morning after having a hard diagnosis she was a bright beam of sunshine to me every day!!

I recently needed occupational therapy for an elbow injury and was recommended to West Boca Medical Center. To my delight everyone at the Center was more than efficient and knowledgeable in getting me all I needed to start my recovery. As with any injury many things come into play when you are in treatment. The staff was great with helping with insurance, scheduling etc. Most important is the therapist that handles the patient and their recovery plan. I was extremely fortunate to have one of the best. I have been working with Robin Hest for some months and with her expert care have made great progress. Robin is excellent in recognizing what it takes to keep a patient on track while helping them strive for the maximum results.
Thank you West Boca and I especially thank Robin for all she has done for me.

I had to go to West Boca’s emergency room last week and was extremely impressed. I was met with a very knowledgeable nurse Nicole who was very caring and treated me like family. I was treated with dignity and respect and felt very safe and well cared for. The service I received was smooth and efficient. I needed a CAT scan and it was done immediately and resulted very fast. I was given a thorough work up to diagnose my problem and the ER doctor checked on me regularly during my short stay. I say short stay because my visit was the quickest I’ve ever had compared to any other ER I’ve ever had to visit. Hands down I would recommend West Boca Medical Center ER for any ER visits needed. Nobody likes to have to visit the ER, but if you need emergency care I wouldn’t hesitate to go to West Boca. They are exceptional.

I’ve been taking my son here for over a year for Speech Therapy and OT. We have both the Jen’s for both therapies and they are both so wonderful. My son is so happy when he gets to go to therapy bc he is going to see Jen and Jen. They are so knowledgeable and creative and they have helped me as a mom to understand some of my son’s behaviors and delays so I can better help him and communicate with him. Also the office staff, Jackie and Annie are the sweetest and most accommodating as well. They are so friendly and helpful whenever I need to speak with them or change around an appointment for my son. We are so happy to be going to this office for therapy.

My name is Laura A. I wanted to tell you about Melissa D my Nurse on the second floor. Was absolutely the most Kind hearted Nurse I have ever met. She is an amazing nurse with the best bed side manner anyone could ask for. Very attentive and concerned about her patients. I give her 10 plus plus stars.

Every single nurse, doctor, and consultant has been EXTREMELY kind, helpful and professional. The facilities were exactly what we needed. We had to change our birth plan multiple times but the medical staff explained our options and helped us adapt in a healthy way. We would definitely come here again for our next birth. Even the food was good - the best hospital food I've ever had, and I mean that as a high compliment. It's crazy to me this hospital has such a low ranking!

I am very grateful to have found Pediatric Therapy for my son’s therapies.
My son has been in different types of therapies for almost 7 years and has been through different therapists and all of them are more than excellent! Both the therapists and the staff, especially Jackie and Annie, are always helping us with everything we need.
Sincerely super grateful and highly recommended office, since you don't find people kind and willing to help very often.

When your in pain and feel helpless it so nice to be able to be treated by such an amazing team. I was seen in the emergency room this past weekend for a fracture and my care was exceptional. My nurse Megan has such wonderful patient care, she went above what normal care is., she is what we should wish every nurse should be. Erin’s patience getting of my ring on a very swollen hand, can’t thank her enough. And I can’t not mention the ARNP Leigh, your care and how you explain medical problems was perfect. I said it to them the other day but again, Thank you for everything!!!

I was recently at West Boca for a few days on the telemetry floor. I had excellent care. The doctors and nurses were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had almost constant attention from both the doctors and the nurses. Special shout out to Krista, Lisa, Eddie, Susa, and Tima. I would never hesitate to return here if it should be necessary. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pediatric therapy is a terrifying experience for any new parent but this office has completely taken me and my daughter into their community. Jackie goes above and beyond to work with other doctors’ offices to ensure my baby’s progress is constantly communicated not only with me but with her physicians. Laurie and Michelle have changed our lives. They treat my baby like she is their own and without their constant support, I can’t imagine where we would be. Thank you so much to the entire PEDIATRIC THERAPY division for everything they do for our kids and for us.

I have been going to West Boca for 5’months with a broken elbow complications and 3 surgeries! The staff there from outpatient surgery to physical therapy is amazing!! Beth was my pre op nurse twice and very thorough!! last pre op nurse was cheryl! The hospital each time had a notebook on me full of important pre op information!! They are soo organized it’s amazing!! Dr John F was my anesthesiologist twice!! Excellent doctor Dr C who did a nerve block! Amy was/is a terrific OR nurse and Joe Nowicki was a wonderful
Recovery room nurse!! After surgery #2, I spent one night In room 328!! The nurses were wonderful and were so accessible with cell phones!! Wendy put in a Pickline with amazing skill!! Moreover, my room was amazingly clean which can’t often be said about hospital rooms!! Then there is the PT department!! There are no words to describe the attention and help
