El Dorado Furniture - Coconut Creek Boulevard

We built our home 4 years ago and thankfully furnished our entire new home on one shopping trip at the time. We added everything new except for the sofa set which we still had from our old home. 4 years later it needed to be replaced. We knew what we wanted from the website and we worked with Roger in the store who was super helpful and quick getting our order placed. We had it delivered on Friday and everything arrived in perfect condition. We are loving our new sofa.

I first came to ED to purchase a kitchen set, when I came in the door a lovely woman Rita approached and asked if she could help me and I told her what I was looking for, she spent maybe 2 hours shopping with me waiting for me to make up my mind and when I did the sale went smoothly, haven’t had a problem….because I liked Rita so much, we went back to purchase a couch but I only wanted Rita and she was there, she must have spent 3-4 hours with me, walking miles in the store, going back and forth with me because I couldn’t make my mind up and then I decided to go with their most expensive leather couch and we are not sorry, has 3 recliners, full leather, no pleather backing like the other stores, all leather and a beautiful leather. I am completely happy with my purchases and if you go to El Dorado ask for Rita, she’s my new rock star ⭐ and a great saleswoman and the epitome of what a salesperson should be…she got 5* from me and if I need more I will only buy from Rita!

After finding out rooms to go could not deliver out in stock living room furniture for over 2 months we decided to stop into our local Rl Dorado in coconut creek. I had a good experience when I lived in WPB and bought a unique bedroom set so I was hoping we would find something. We never could have expected just how excellent our Associate would be! Alois was so patient with us and knowledgeable. I was hobbling along with a knee injury and had my 80 year old mom with me. We immediately fell in love with a floor model but still wanted to look around. Alois gladly brought us all around the store only for us to select the first thing we saw :) on our way to check out we spotted pillows and he took the time to explain the differences between all the different bedroom pillows allowing us to try them out. He never rushed us. But the best part is yet to come! When it came to delivery he went above and beyond to ensure our furniture was delivered as expected on the date he even worked directly with the driver to ensure our satisfaction! We have already decided to add some new tables to our set and you know we will be going back to Alois at Coconut Creek El Dorado . Sincerely, Flora and Joyce . I recently bought furniture for my whole house. My salesperson at El Dorado is Sonia. She is the best!!! She helped me to pick out pieces that would match other pieces. She was knowledgeable and had good taste. She is so great that I even had her help my mother with her purchases.

I love this location and everything they have to offer. We bought everything for our brand new house from here with Sonia! We love her! She was so kind and patient. She made sure we got the best information and listened to all of our concerns. She reached out after our delivery and asked for pictures and was just so kind to me and my husband.

Our experience at El Dorado was excellent. Martha is so helpful, knowledge and nice. The furniture we bought is beautiful and good quality.

A few weeks ago we went to El Dorado Furniture with no attention to buy but 'just to look around'. Due to the variety of what was displayed and also the assistance of your associate Alois Vargas, we walked out after purchasing over $7,000 worth of furniture. Much of this purchase should be attributed to the knowledge, astuteness and assistance shown by Mr. Vargas. His 'soft-sell' salesmanship, his suggestions and his willingness to introduce us to various alternatives was extremely helpful . It is because of him we returned several weeks later and purchased an additional $1,000 plus of furniture. Thank you Alois - my wife and I are very happy that we met you.

All I can say is that I had the best sales person in the world... her name is Rosana she is so professor and extremely helpful. Carlos you as the person helping her to move the furniture here and there and he was super nice and very helpful too. They were willing to help. I love my furniture and will buy here for life. The showroom is beautiful and easily navigated. Alois was patient and professional. Designers are available on site for consultation. There is a good variety of quality merchandise. Delivery was quick and efficient. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

First time going to an El Dorado and I went to the coconut creek location. As a new homeowner I wanted to purchase a nice dining room table that fit the look I envisioned. My aunt and I were immediately greeted by Roger. I later went back on my own and completed transaction with Roger. Due to COvID of course there was lots of delay times for the delivery of my table. Roger however, remained to be pleasant, very communicative with text and kept me updated along the way. Every single time I texted a concern he responded in a timely manner and was willing to help till the end. Today my table was delivered and I couldn’t be any happier. If you are looking for a sales person that will stay in communication throughout your entire transaction, respectful and informative then ask for Roger. I have dealt with many different furniture places during COvID for new furniture places and I can tell you I have not had the same experience I had with Roger at el dorado.

Shopping here was an amazing experience so much so that I returned a 2nd time. I had a great sales person by the name of Yolanda who helped me choose what would be best for me in regards to bedroom furniture. She's so patient and sweet.
