Cano Health - Coral Springs

Dr. Kelys Leonor Caballero is an absolutely amazing doctor. She helped discover a blood clot on an artery to my liver that saved my life. She is kind and more importantly she is thorough, if you want to live to be old, my advice is to find a doctor like her. (Age 36)

I had a great experience at this location. I was prepared for the worst with all the other reviews but not everyone's experience is the same. I got right in no wait and was seen by Lorena Revoredo who was not only very knowledgeable but took her time going over all the issues I was there for without once acting impatient with me. She was very sweet and kind. I needed a referral in a short period of time and the referral department got that done for me right away and was super professional and efficient. Will definitely be back to them.

I must say how impressed I am with this office. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. Dr. Sebastiano is truly awesome. He was very informative and took his time to listen to my concerns. He is absolutely the best PCP I have ever met and will continue to see from here in out.

I loved the staff and the doctor M. Hernandez she was sweet and attentive and I went really bad and she helped me so much and even when I called because I wasn't doing well she did the impossible to help me . For me she is a great person first and a good doctor which is a plus.

I'm giving 3 stars bc I like my dr. (Dr. MAJID). BUT I called there today and wanted a note to go back to work bc I had COVID and had been out of work for a week, and wanted to be safe, and have a back up doctor's note saying I was safe. To lady on the phone said I didn't need one. How people go to work WITH COVID all the time. And how I don't need one. And I said, well I may not need one, but I want one. She then reiterated herself. And I said, ok fine, you obviously don't want to wrote the note, she said she never said that. But she was obviously insinuating it. So I hung up on them. What kind of office refuses a doctor's note for someone that's been out of work sick for over a week!? If I get fired without that doctor's note. I'm coming for that woman personally.

This place is HORRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here. I made an appointment, called two days prior to confirm and let them know I have new insurance. The lady who barely spoke English assured me they had my info. Idk how cause I didn’t give it to them. So I showed up at 8:35 for my 9:00. At 9:45 no body called me or acknowledge me. So I asked how much longer. The front lady looked confused cause she realize they over looked me. They then called me in right away. Did my intake then another lady from the front comes to the room and ask for my insurance. I said “ you’re just asking for this and I’m already in the room.” Her response was AND SO WHATS THE PROBLEM. I say In the room for another 30 minutes then finally walked out. She’s JUST NOW on the phone trying to verify my insurance! 2 hours and still not seen cause I didn’t have another minute of my time to give this horrible place. The first visit was almost the same issue with horrible attitude and no consideration for people time. Attitudes of front staff is horrible. Lost of people in office on cellphone and doing nothing. Do not waste your time coming here.

Waiting time is horrible and when you got called to go inside the room we have to wait for another hour and a half for the doctor to see us. This place is not even close to what it used to be last year, they had better doctors (Sebastianos, Caballero and Lorena). Now, everyone is new there, the 2 front desk ladies trying to do their best since they look like they are still in training, the manager you can hear her complaining for everything she doesn’t care if there are patients listening to her screaming to the young ladies at the front desk just because they had a question. So rude and disrespectful to the employees, I’m glad she is not my boss I would have reported to HR

An absolute disaster, the dr prescribed meds and then could not manage to send the prescription to the pharmacy. This med center is a big corporation and it’s a disaster. Just to send 1 prescription to a pharmacy took many emails, calls and we personally had to back to the clinic to resolve.

"SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE" I went there in June weak and bound to a wheelchair in serious need of help. I never got it. I sat month after month waiting for home care and help. I still don't have it. Another month is gone and I am even weaker now and CanoHealth will not do anything about it and I have called them constantly. Amparo (office manager) won't help me and Regional manager: Scott Musser refuses my calls and messages. Almost forgot if you don't speak Spanish you won't get any help, save yourself a lot of trouble. 0 STARS

Giving 1 Star b/c no communication back from the doctor who ordered my chest x-rays. I went into this location b/c my primary in the plantation office was on vacation. I had post covid symptoms for 4-6 weeks and the doctor ordered chest x-rays last week. I have now called 2 times in 3 days and still no call back from the Dr. on the results and I'm not better at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very frustrating

The longest wait ever, my appt was at 3 pm I got here at 2:47 pm and it’s 3:30 over an hour and I’m still waiting From receptionist keeps saying I’m next and in the meantime there was no one waiting now @3:30 3 people waiting

Horrible office.
My appointment was for September 29...office was closed for hurricane which was not bad here only on the west coast....no one updated me not to go and up to 16 days later (today) no one has contacted me to reschedule.
Most of office staff was awful all along my visits there.
I feel bad for their good employees.

This place should be reported. 3 weeks for my follow up, then move my location to another city w out my knowledge!!! Then now 45 min late and still counting waiting on a phone call to go over my not great results! I am livid. Consult a Dr, well I have tried multiple times and nothing!!!

This office as well as the company has gone downhill since a few of the doctors and nurses that were here before are no longer here. Poor management and care. I wouldn’t recommend Primary Care Physicians/Cano Health to anyone. Administration for bills and appointments are worse. Find another a doctor that’s NOT part of a huge conglomerate focusing on “patient PROCESSING” but rather one that is about patient CARE.

Awful place. 2+ hour wait just to see a nurse, not even a real doctor. The staff has zero respect for the patients time. I highly recommend you do NOT come here. I am changing my insurance just to avoid this place. It’s just a patient factory.

Super bad Referral department.Specialist order CT scan and they keep on messing up the order.Has being a month and i have not being able to schedule for the correct exam.They keep on putting wrond refferal test🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

How does a whole office move and not notify patients. Try calling and they are experiencing high call volumes. Can't get any information.

I've been trying to set up an appointment for the last month. Every time I call I'm on hold for over an hour. I had people tell me the office will call me back and set something up too, and nothing.
