VCA Wiles Road Animal Hospital

I've been taking my fur-kids (cats and dogs) to this location for over 10 years. Great staff, as they go above and beyond in assisting you. They truly do care about their patients and treat you as more than just a number.

We've been bringing our pets to VCA for almost a decade now. They have a professional, knowledgeable and very caring staff. The facility is always neat and clean and surprisingly fresh with the amount of pets that go through there every day. The pet rooms are comfortable and allow you to see the doctor and discuss your pet in privacy. They've helped us with every ailment our pets have had over the years. They handle all of the yearly vaccinations for our cats and dogs. The prices are usually affordable and they accept Care Credit cards. They have a large selection of pet food for sale on premises. The decor is very cute and pet themed. It's always been a pleasure to visit VCA and we would highly recommend their services and care. The staff follows all social distancing guidelines. To access their facility parking you have to drive East past them on Wiles rd and make the next right to get into their parking aisle facing the right direction.

I came in Thursday for a first exam for my beardie. There was some miscommunication with booking the appointment. Dispute that little mishap i definetly recommend vca and I will definetly be returning soon! Dr Engle was great as well as staff

Today we had to make the very difficult decision to put our 13 year old golden retriever (Bentley) down and it was one of the most difficult thing we’ve ever had to do. Dr. Paula Engle and Taylor Lawson were extremely compassionate and caring for us during this time, and treated us with the upmost levels of service. They truly made this experience easier than I thought it would be, and can’t thank them for their assistance today while we put down our little man. I’ve never used this vet before as we just moved to the margate area, however, we will make sure to use their services moving forward due to their family/oriented and compassionate care they gave us today. Highly recommend!

They genuinely care and it is fatastic.I had a bad experience at another local vet and decided to give VCA a try when my cat suddenly lost a tooth. They were able to see me within 5 mins and had a doctor in less that 10.
While I know no price is too high for our pets, VCA was incredibly well priced and the care is very worth it. They offer lots of payment options but I do recommend the care club
All in all I had/have had a great experience and plan on bringing all my cats in the near future! Thanks for taking such good care of my Nova!

Dr. Kese is one of the best vets I’ve ever taken my dogs to! They’ve had issues where I took them to multiple vet visits and the dr didn’t diagnose the issue correctly but he figured it out in usually 1 go!! He’s done emergency surgery as well as routine vet visits for my dogs and my moms dogs. The staff here are friendly (even when it’s crazy busy and they’re overwhelmed or when they’re closing), knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating! I trust them and would recommend this vet office 100% to anyone! And I think my girls would too!

My day gecko had clogged pores on his back legs and I was afraid to clean them out myself due to his super delicate skin. Dr. Engles managed to catch and restrain him without tearing his skin. I had no idea that was even possible.
Martini's feeling much better now and I'm very appreciative to the staff for doing such a great job!

I’ve been a client at VCA Wiles Road Animal Hospital for almost 25 years.
They have cared for all of our pets with great compassion.
Recently I requested a refill for a critical prescription for one of my senior dogs. I called at the last minute which was my fault.
Though the staff was inundated with patients, they managed to find the time to get the medication to me so that my dog would not miss a dose.
This is just one example of how phenomenally this practice works. As long as I have pets, I’ll be a loyal client of VCA Wiles Road .

Just move to Coral Springs and used to take our dog to the VCA in Aventura. Our experience with the veterinarians at the VCA have been outstanding! Dr Kese and Taylor were very thorough, helpful and personable along with the front desk staff! It was our first time at this vet and we will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!!!

Arrived for my appointment and was taken in right away to the exam room. Lovely staff from receptionist, tech to Doctor. Can't saw enough good about my appointment. I was concerned about my pet biting since he is very afraid of being handled. No injuries! Very professional, if you need a vet for your "exotic ", highly recommend!

Clean facility, Kind and friendly staff members. Brought us to a room right away. Very thorough. Great doctors! Patched up my pet Caleb and prescribed treatment. They are open on Sundays too! Highly recommend!

We had just moved down in September, our senior dog had some issues and ultimately we had to put her to sleep unfortunately. With that said, we were in the office a good amount and these people were fair, incredibly loving and caring to our pup and extremely compassionate towards us! I received a call everyday checking up on her, they were very upfront and fair about pricing. I was relieved we found this place and I will highly recommend them to everyone in the area! Dr Engle, Dr Ceballos and Dr Rogers are amazing but especially Ashley the Tech who is exceptional!! Love them and we will definitely go back when it’s time to add another pup to our life!

Kenneth Little was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, honest and helpful. Kimberly, Kimberlie, Kami and Ashley were also superstars! There energy was what made this stressful (overthinking) experience well worth it.

I brought my cat (Angel, 4 years old) to this hospital for the very first time, two days in a row to make sure he was checked for acting weird.. and they made me feel very comfortable. They provided me with wonderful phone customer service and over all in person made me feel less stressed for my little boy.

Highly recommend and I will be back!

Haven't been to the new place but the old place was fantastic, treated my dog well and he is Not a fan of going to the vet. They were polite and genuine. I hope the new place is as good as the old place, will update accordingly. * Update: Dr. Kesha is amazing and all of the staff are wonderful. My very picky little man loves it here and it's the only place I'll trust for my dog. **Update to the update: my little man went to sleep here. I recommend this place 1,000%. It was an emergency scenario and they never once rushed us or made us feel like a burden. I just wanted to add this to say thank you so much to the staff here. I always recommend this place to all my family and friends.
