This veterinarian is so efficient from the time I called to the time left. I did not have to wait not even a minute to see the doctor . She was extremely thorough with my bunny. It's rare for an ordinary vet to see rabbit and she is extremely thorough. I am happy I took my baby here. She is now part of their family. Thank you Parkland Veterinary Hospital.

THE best place in my area. Dr. Paredes takes that extra step to ensure your pet is taken care of. She went out of her way to speak to me at length about one of my pets. I was searching for a new vet and, before I was even a client she took the time to speak to me at length! I am very pleased to have found her and her veterinary hospital.

After more than 20 years of seeing our veterinarian, my wife and I decided to switch. While the details of why we made the change are not important, what is important is that we wanted to find a vet who could meet our high standards. We're passionate about our pets and want only the best for them.

We began our search, but our first two visits were unsuccessful. When when entering (both) of these and explaining our situation, we didn't receive the warmest welcome. While we didn't expect all business to stop just for us, we at least hoped for a smile and some information to put us at ease. Instead, we were told that we had to make an appointment to meet the vet to have any questions answered. So, the search continued.

The third veterinary clinic on our list turned out to be the one... located a bit further from our home than the others, (The Parkland Veterinary Hospital).

We were initially hesitant to consider it because it was situated in an upscale neighborhood, and we thought we might be priced out of their services. However, we understand that the quality of services is often commensurate with the prices charged, and we're passionate about providing the best care for our Rocky. So, we decided, if this turned out to be the one, and their services are a bit more than we were used to, we will just tighten our budget a bit to make it happen.

As soon as we walked into the office, Laurie, the receptionist, greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly "can I help you?" My wife was already at the other end of the waiting room, chatting with a customer and smiling away at what she was being told. (A good sign - LOL) While we continued chatting, Laurie handed me some information about Parkland Vet. Suddenly, Garey, the office manager and co-founder appeared from a back room with a smile and an introduction, offering even more assistance and help.

Garey, my wife were chatting when we were briefly interrupted by another customer who approached us, excused herself, and shared how fantastic Parkland Veterinary is and how much she appreciated the staff and loved the doctors.

I know this is getting a bit long-winded, so I'll cut to the chase. We made the appointment. And it was all that we suspected and expected from our investigatory visit a week prior. All the staff, Dr. Paredes and her assistants were one nicer than the next. The examination by Dr. Paredes was beyond words—friendly helpful, informative, caring & comforting. We were left with the security & confidence that Dr. Paredes, Garey, Laurie, and all the staff of Parkland Veterinary Hospital is Rocky's new care facility. (A Bright 5 Stars)

We recently moved to the area and needed a new primary vet for our dogs. We are in the middle of dealing with a pre existing medical condition with our dog that is currently a frustrating unsolved mystery. Dr.Paredes has been absolutely fantastic!!! She dove right into a complicated situation and has began helping us try to figure out a diagnosis. She has gone above and beyond even communicating directly with our dogs neurologist to share findings. She takes the time to call you directly to throughly go over test results and is fully hands on in the office even if you are there for just a quick follow up. Dr.Paredes truly cares for the health of your pet and it beamed from the moment we met her. We appreciate how much she is helping our dog fight for an answer, it means the world to us! We are very thankful to have found her no matter what the outcome ends up being for our dog

The Veterinarians that work here are the best we have found after 4 ER visits and 4 other clinics. They really care and the staff is the best. So caring an loving and informative. Saved my babies more than once.

We had the best day getting our new kitten Fuzzy checked out! Excellent service and she even microchipped our new baby girl! Highly recommend for any service. Friendliest vet in town.

We brought our dog in for a health certificate for foreign travel. It’s a somewhat complicated issue because each country has its own requirements for an animal to be able to enter. Also, not all veterinarians are accredited to prepare the health certificate—you can’t just go to any vet. Even if you do have an accredited veterinarian, there’s special software to be able to submit the application electronically that not everyone has. If your vet can’t submit the application to the USDA electronically, it has to be sent by mail and you will have no idea when it will be returned by mail, and therefore won’t be able to plan when your pet will be able to travel. I said all that to say this, there’s a Dr. U (his last name is involved. Just call him Dr. U, they’ll know who you mean), who is accredited, knows all the ins and outs. There were 3 or 4 people involved in getting this certificate for our dog. Every single person was professional, courteous, really gave you a sense that they knew what they were doing, which makes you feel comfortable. And they have the electronic software. So, we had and appointment with them at 11:00 on a Tuesday. Wednesday at 11:00 they called me to tell me that the signed document with the USDA seal had been returned, ready to pick up, and we could travel. I can’t overstate how impressed I was with the overall experience, and it turned out to be less expensive than I was quoted by my original veterinarian, who could not submit electronically.

I've brought my yorkie to see doctors at Parkland Vet twice now and always received timely and high quality care. I recommend to anyone with pets.

After trying lots of vets for my dog chronic ear infections, this is the first place to try to get to the root of it and not just keep treating it and have them come back. I recommend if you’re dealing with a pet with allergies and chronic ear infections

Took my dog here for the first time looking for a new primary vet. All staff members were friendly, kind and patient with my chihuahua.

The folks at Parkland were fantastic. They offered a calming presence to an anxious pet parent (me), and they handled my anxious cat well too. They were gentle and well-informed, but also made sure that I understood what they planned for my cat as well as the things I could do for her.

Thanks for your professionalism and that of your staff as well. You were highly recommended by Dr. Dell, whom we trust dearly with our pet. We are so pleased with the care you've provided for our Rain.

My dog got hit by a car over the weekend. They were able to get him in right away top priority as a walk in having never been to the clinic before. They put my mind at ease and were very friendly . Will be my go to for pet emergencies and vet care from now on ! Thank you

10/10 they got us in fast and are priced fairly, better than other vets we were quoted at. They have free first exams for cats under a year which we did, ended up getting vaccines and spay scheduled same day! Not as cheap as rescues or TNR clinics but with it
