Escambia County Environmental Code Enforcement

I had a junk car in my yard and got a violation. They were very nice about it and gave me enough time to get rid of it. I ended up selling it to Frank Buys Junk Cars and got 400.00 for it. Thanks to them I had the motivation to get rid of the junk car and turn it into cash.

Code enforcement group is efficient and thorough. However, word of warning - posting a code enforcement request requires name, phone number, address and email which is then available for anyone to lookup.
* You cannot submit an anonymous complaint or even just your name/address. That is mind boggling and will eventually get someone hurt when there is a retaliation. Supposedly the legislature (state?) changed that a year ago.
Suggestions: (1) Online system is not user friendly which is not acceptable in 2022. (2) There is also no map viewing option - see Pensacola City, FL or Denver, CO - both use the same program. (3)Searching for code enforcement Escambia yield "Environmental code enforcement" - should be a subset of overall code enforcement
* Update: you can call in and make a request requiring name/address. They said I could submit pictures through email but the email would get copied and pasted into the online system.

The new (garbage) website interface does not work when trying to upload photos of anything. Submitting complaints/issues is getting more and more difficult.

Absolutely worthless. We buy them new cars and afford them a payroll, but they're paper tigers, absolutely unwilling or unable to keep a junkyard out of an otherwise nice neighborhood. They won't even answer the phone.
