Love Gopuff! You can pretty much order anything and get it delivered quickly. Snacks, groceries, iced coffee, pizza, convenience items, allergy medicine, they even carry baby products!

Used this for the first time and love that some things are cheaper than in store. My delivery was quick and the deliverer was sweet. Definitely will be using again.

What happened to GoPuff fresh food delivery, The Mean Tomato & milkshakes? Its all missing from the menu?

So unlike other states where you get hard alcohol. It's beer delivery will be hot beer. Don't expect cold beer from this location. Even if it's only 10 minutes up the road. Crazy . Since I paid a substantial amount to have free delivery on the app. But of course you have tax and tip. Which may affect how soon you get your order. Pensacola gopuff does not cone close to other states and locations. I have over 10 years google reviews and pics. I do this to save others from mistakes!

After having my deliveries delayed consistently and finally my last delivery dropped off to the wrong address, I am done with this company. When I contacted the customer service "Help" It was up to me to do their job. Check the surrounding area, contact driver (no contact info available). When asked to cancel & refund the response was a one time exception? I guess in future if they screw up I will have to pay? Cancelled everything. Do not trust this company

Order stated it would be here in 15 minutes … arrived 40 minutes after and melted

Ordered a pizza for dinner and it took almost 2 hours to get here. The pizza was already cold. Wanted to call/text for am update but ZERO contact information was available. Absolutely horrible service. Never again.

Apparently they do not pay their drivers. Had a driver berate me because I didn’t tip enough. I suggest increasing their wages because I do not appreciate having someone circle back to my doorstep to protest how much I pay.
