Excellent service! I needed 2 new toilets replaced along with a valve pipe replacement. I did my due diligence and received many estimates from plumbers locally but First Choice Plumbing & Design was the most reasonable price and offered easy and quick communication. They were able to come out to my condo the very next morning, right on time! They were professional, very kind, fast and super clean. They removed my old toilets and replaced the new ones that I supplied in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for any future plumbing or electrical needs! Give them a try! I will definitely do business with them again.

This company AWESOME! Called on Christmas Eve/day regarding an issue with water heater. Arrived within an hour of our call to investigate the issue - and mentioned it to be a possible leak with our hot water. Nino said they would return early in the morning the day after Christmas. They showed up early, found the leak, and fixed/rerouted the piping all within a few hours. Would highly recommend First Choice - they were efficient and professional. Would absolutely use them in the future.

I have finally found the Plummer for all my household repairs and installation. You know you have found a great company when they look out for you and find water leakage in you home and recommend you to repair it to save money on your water bill. Nino was referred to me by his brother Alex who owns an electrical company. We had a six month old water heater malfunction. Nino was very responsive In assisting us with getting hot water back into our home. Nino and his Assistant, installed the water heater and also Recommended to install an expansion tank.

I also had a few odd and ends plumbing issues that his assistant was able to repair while Nino completed the installation of the water tank.

I would recommend Alex his brother for any electrical issues (A.C.Electric and Design) and Nino for anything plumbing related.
No reason to look any further for better service or pricing.

I needed a new Water Heater ASAP. Naz and his crew responded to my call and were on sight within in 2 hours. Did a great job on the installation (2.5 hours) and you couldn't even tell they were there ( except for the new WH). Excellent service and price!! Half the cost quoted by the big box store.

Was having problems with the toilet at work. Called at 10:45am ..they arrived quickly replaced 2 parts and were done by 1pm!! Very professional and friendly technicians and extremely quick service!..i highly recommend

I m located in the Boca Raton Mission Bay area and ran into an issue with my handyman who was completing a repair of a slow drip/leak on one of our outdoor faucets. Once he fixed the faucet he was unable to seal it properly. First Choice responded back timely and set up a visit for the next morning. Robert the technician was very early and came with a really good attitude once arriving. Robert was friendly and kept me in the loop as he began looking at the issue with the pipe/faucet. We talked about the issue and he quickly identified other problems that would persist due to the age of the pipe. He took the time to show me issues with the pipe and explained things to understand the root of the problem. The job was completed timely and the area was cleaned once the work was completed. Everyone from the front office to Robert had excellent communication; great customer service in South Florida is hard to come by, I am very pleased with the work completed and the level of service from First Choice. I would recommend using this company if you need to do any type of faucet or plumbing repair.

Words like these do not even begin to explain just how great Nino Cortez and his brother Alex Cortez the electrician are. They have incredible response time, they only deliver great quality work, and are prominent that the customer is always right. I had a slight issue that one of their employees made that was very minimal however when brought to their attention they were at my house first thing in the morning and fixed it and apologized. They even went as far as to not charge me for their work and wouldn’t even take a tip for fixing it! Wow wow wow. I have never had such a tremendous experience with any kind of home improvement service before. They are remarkable and their service really did leave a lasting impression. Please only go to these guys for plumbing and electrical, do your self a favor.

Replaced my water heater same day I called—Saturday. Was awesome.

I had a leaky underground pipe. For two weeks I tried to find a plumber who was readonable in the work to be done and the estimate. A friend of my son referred Nazario, who came out have a visual, gave a reasonable estimate, and repiped the underground leaky pipe in 4 hours on the next business day. The work involved finding the other end of the pipe, removing the water heater, and then the rerouting the pipe. During the same visit, he also installed the kitchen sink sprayer (which was also leaking) for no extra charge. For unknown reasons, when my water heater tripped the next day he came out right away to make sure there was nothing wrong in what did. There was nothing wrong.

Fantastic job. Very informative. Naziro walked me thru all the steps. They had the job completed in a couple of hours. IAlso had some electrical problems that his brother Alex took care of. I highly recommend. Fantastic service and cleaned everything before they left. They saved me alot of money.

Work with him & where I live he replaced a hose Bibb that I tried to fix & end up break it.. He came quick & fixed it..

I called Naz on New Year’s Eve as we had a burst pipe in the house, he came within 2 hours of initial contact and fixed the problem in 15 mins. So grateful we had running water in a house full of people. Very polite and helpful. We will use him again and strongly recommend him.
