Mona is amazing!! My husband wanted to give me a Spa day with my mother for my birthday and she helped him pick the best Spa Day!! Lily was amazing with the messages, Mona with our facials and mom’s nail tech was super sweet to her and treat her with so much care (sorry, can’t remember her name) Will definitely be coming back! I’ve been going here for a few years now. The staff is amazing at their work and undoubtedly reliable. I’ve had many eyebrow appointments as well as facials with Mona, each time has been beyond satisfactory. Prices are always extremely reasonable as well. Definitely my go to spa for any self care day.

For the past 3 years, I’ve been getting my massages, chemical peels and facials done here. Mona, the owner, is very accommodating and kind! The staff is also always friendly. I highly recommend this spa! 10/10!

Awesome place! The owner and staff are kind, and they are flexible to give you the exact service you want! The owner helped me surprising my boyfriend for our anniversary and I was able to decorate a room.

We got a couples massage and was amazing! I got Vilma and she gave me a nice and strong massage, super relaxing!

The best spa ever..Mona the owner is super friendly and she will work on what you need. She does almost everything and her prices are affordable and worth it. Highly recommend. She took care of my skin.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I’ve enjoyed all the services provided. Anne is the best for mani/pedi she is very detailed and careful in her work. I’ve also done facials, threading and face peelings with Mona and she has transformed my skin for the better. Will definitely recommend coming here.

A hidden gem. They do the best facials. Always accommodating to set up appointments. I have been to many different local spas for facials and this is the best by far. I walk out every time feeling like a new woman! I highly recommend.

UPDATE: I came back to Monas wonderful spa for the renew and refresh package and it was AMAZING!! I highly recommend Aurora she is fantastic! Very welcoming and professional, I had a great facial, massage and scrub. I felt so relaxed it was the best spa experience I've ever had!!

I get my eyebrows my done by Mona and she always delivers and does a great job! She’s the owner of the beautiful spa. This spa is beautiful and they offer many services such as couples massage. They have lot of spa rooms that are very spacious, perfect for bridal parties! I highly recommend refined spa!

I had Wilma for a 2.5 hour deep tissue massage, facial and scalp treatment and she was the absolute best! So relaxing and I felt great afterwards. I also received a pedicure and was given a delicious fresh fruit plate and mint tea to sip during my paraffin pedicure. It was a much needed relaxing experience. All that for $229 (plus generous tips of course)! What a steal!

Far I have been there for acne treatment with Mona. She is the best at what she does. So experienced and knowledgeable. As long as you follow her instructions, you will see magic in your face . I love the calming environment and massages she does when getting my facials .on every appointment, I literally feel my face and my soul renews. Just go and you won’t regret.

Such a great experience, I can’t wait to come back! I had the 2 hour pamper me done which was a full body massage and facial. Aurora did my massage and she is by far the best! Mona did my facial and the whole experience was so relaxing. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing time! The massage therapist was amazing and so good.
My girlfriend has surprised me with an anniversary gift and the owner helped her set it all up in a private room with champagne and roses. Lovely time here and would recommend. I could’ve stayed another 2 hours!

I was treated to a 2 hour full body massage and body scrub package. Aurora was amazing! I easily fell asleep during the service because of how relaxed my body became. I loved the experience and the ambience. I will definitely do this again and again❤ I’m so glad I was introduced to this location! I will definitely be returning soon.

Mona and her team did an excellent, over the top, super wonderful job making my sister (the bride) and her bridal party feel special. We were treated like royalty! Each staff member was kind, supportive, and excited for us and our festivities. All staff was extremely professional and excellent at their craft. I came across this spa in July during my husband's birthday. And we both enjoyed a facial.Ever since that, Refined has been my to go to place for my facials, massage and eyebrows threading.I enjoy the royal service and treatment they give at every visit. Everyone is so nice and welcoming .
