I wanted something specific, and they absolutely nailed it. 14kt white gold. They found a 6-prong head in their inventory and shaped it into an oval setting and attached it to a separate shank.

They charged the cost of the materials and a small labor charge. They had a layaway option, pay half down and pick up within 2 months.

I received my ring today and am almost in tears!
You brought life to my engagement ring and I'll wear it for the rest of my life. Thank you all for the amazing work

They are so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. I needed to have the prongs on my wedding band tightened and ended up re designing my whole engagement ring and having two other pieces of jewelry repaired! Through the design process Leo sent me clear pictures and pricing along with his expert advice every step of the way. I work in the plaza and Jordan was kind enough to walk my ring down to me when it was done. Everything was done super fast, and I was very comfortable leaving my jewelry in their care. It was also nice that every time I was in the store every person working asked to make sure I had been helped and individually introduced themselves to me. They have a new lifelong customer and I can’t stop staring at my gorgeous custom ring!

Where do I really begin?
The experience was a 20 on a 0-10 scale with 10 being the best. Anthony was unbelievable. He along with the incredible team behind him gave me a VIP experience where I told him some ideas, explained to him my personality, showed him some sample pics of what I wanted. Anthony literally went above and beyond my expectations and goals here! The final product of my chain and diamond(s) are simply amazing!
Why is Anthony the best?
It is in his blood. He literally was a toddler and grew up going to work with his Dad and he watched his mom and dad do there thing in their family business that has been around for 30 plus years. Now that he is in charge he is taking the game to the next level! He is the definition of what customer service is and should be. He gives options and he also gives price points with those options. And he is here to help make your dreams come true (Not try to rip you off and never see you again). He is here for the long haul.
Lastly, Anthony and his team make you feel like you are a part of their extended family again with warmth and comfort while achieving your mission of your custom piece.

Amazing service. I brought a beloved piece in for repair, to surprise my wife for her birthday. Typical of me, I underestimated how long the repair would take. When I shared my story, I was told they would try to expedite the repair.

This place is amazing!!! I had two pieces of jewelry (extremely sentimental to me) that needed repair. They were very helpful, polite, and professional. It took them less than 24 hours to repair both items. Richard assisted me and he was so kind and helpful. They're fast, efficient, and communicative. Totally would recommend.

Precious moments jewelers did a great job restoring an antique family ring. Everyone was friendly & craftsmanship is excellent.

Excellent quality and low prices! My husband bought me a white gold beaded bracelet, and 18 months later, I broke it and lost some of the beads. Everything at the store is a 1 of a kind, but they were able to locate the EXACT beads and repair my bracelet perfectly

I was recommended to come here and I’m glad I did!! They are very helpful and super sweet. I have a ring that means a lot to me and it needed to be repaired plus cleaned, however, I was going to be away for a week and they were able to get it done that day without me even having to ask. Richard was on it for me and they all definitely care which meant a lot. Will be coming here from now on!!

Took my Movado to them to replace the battery. Very glad I did, they did it quickly right then and there and at a reasonable price too. I'll be taking my other watches to them.

I had a great experience here! I stopped in to have a Citizen watch I'd gotten for Christmas adjusted (i.e. links removed as it was too loose). There was no way I was going to attempt to do that myself! Upon entering the store, I was greeted warmly and was asked how I could be helped. I explained that I needed my watch's band tightened up, and the man behind the counter (I didn't get his name), stated that they were happy to help. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes, and the work was performed perfectly!

Overall, this is a great location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the work performed on my watch was perfect, and the price was good. I will definitely be back for all my jewelry/watch needs!
