Exclusive Cleaners of Parkland

I love this cleaners! I’ve used them for the past 3 yrs and have had excellent service every time. The alterations are always exactly what I requested, and is the best I’ve used in south Fl. Highly recommend this location even if it’s not in your area.

I never write bad reviews on small business because I understand what they go thru but when the owner of Exclusive Cleaners (next to Publix on University) told me to go back to where I came from ( I am Latin BTW) I LOST any respect I had for her business.

These are the shirts she delivered to us. Pink marks all over it. They took it back and after 2 weeks of soaking it to try to clean it, she gave them back “clean” and $7 to compensate for all the headaches we had over this and told me to go back to where I came from. Not OK.

She said she thought I was from NY so I guess she doesn’t like New Yorkers or Latins!

Don’t patronize this business. I just had an Alice-in-Wonderland experience with this business and “Christy” who claims to be its owner.

They lost part of my order when I picked it up on Friday. They assured me I would have everything by the next day, but they didn’t deliver and made an excuse. I went back two more times on two different days and they still didn’t have the part of my order they lost. The most recent time (Tuesday) I told “Christy” that this was becoming an inconvenience. She responded with a very rude facial expression and walked away. When I responded that her bad attitude and poor customer was unacceptable she told me to leave the store and threatened to “call the police.” 🤯

Needless to say, I will never use this business again. I suggest that you don’t either . There are much better alternatives in the area.

So I visited Exclusives back in Mid June to drop off a few items for cleaning. I had about 14 items in total. My initial thought was the priciness of the service, but I thought that at least this can guarantee quality. I picked it up a week later, then came to wear one of my shorts and noticed this pattern of holes in it. Took it back and Lady said that its normal with this kind of shirt, its the fabric. I told her that they should have warned me, to which she replied “let me talk to the boss”. I go pick up the shirt and the Lady tells me that the boss says these are belt holes and that its impossible a machine could do that cause it was dry cleaned. Im not gonna spend time talking about the absurdity of that, Ive had belt holes before and they are never in a pattern like that. I understand that businesses make mistakes and am more than reasonable to try and work it out, but to not take responsibility is unethical. Shame on you. Will never use them again.

Horrible service; last November I picked up my cleaners and one of the shirts had 2 big spots of chlorine came back to store to show them that it was still in the dry cleaners plastic and when I dropped it was in perfect condition the owner lady said she was gonna talk to her husband and get back with me and it has been 5 months and they never call me or return my calls, it was an expensive shirt and that’s not even the point I would’ve understand if they showed any accountability or concern but they’re so unprofessional they rathered not answer me and hide from me; just the fact that they didn’t even said we’ll give you a store credit or how can we resolve this it shows how they didn’t appreciate my business. No customer care or good service they’re just plain rude and unprofessional!!!!
