I found Boca property on my search for an apartment for my daughter and I , I called and spoke to Omar who told me to bring proof of income and my ID and to come to the office.. once I got there he explained to me that he’s the broker and he works on finding apartments for people. He explained that I would have to give $90 so they can run your background & credit however, in order for them to send your applications in you do need to give a holding deposit (which ofc goes towards your apartment cost), in turn they send you listings every few days so you can pick out your selections
and they can send in your applications. Thank to Omar and Meredith , I was able to get my apartment in about a month and all I had to do was be patient because they handle everything till the very last moment and even check on you once you move in. Please don’t let the negative reviews stir you away because I almost did & as long as you’re honest and can pay for everything you’ll be in great hands.

Omar from boca Property Investments helped me move a few months back. I was in a jam and needed a place very quick and he helped me quickly find a place. He was very professional and responsive. He explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend everyone to them.

Omar was helpful with finding me a nice condo for myself and my kids in a safe and quiet community in the heart of West Palm Beach! Omar has a heavy accent but if you can be patient with him and ask detailed questions he will work with you. He followed up with me afterwards and made sure we were moved in successfully! Omar and his assistant did help Me my wife and her sister find a place he's not the nicest person but he gets the job done he will find you a place just be honest and have your deposit ready

Your daughter lied to us and she promised she is going to pay it last Friday,
If you people are so cheep to pay $75 as your daughter said she is going to pay it is your lost because if you need our help again with any thing you never going to get it"

This is a top tier scam operation where if you ask too many questions, that should be easy to answer if you’re legit, they will turn around and say that you didn’t meet their requirements to rent. When I asked to look at their company policy that allows a holding deposit to be put down before seeing a place in person, Omar started showing me all the other people before me who have given the deposit. I explained that I have never been asked to put a holding deposit before a tour and that I don’t feel comfortable doing that. When asked to speak with the owners that he partners with and to see his realty license he yelled at me, asked me to get out and threatened to call the police. They prey on people looking to move asap no questions asked. Once you actually start to ask questions then they tell you your credit score is too low or something about your income which isn’t true. Stay far away from this place and take your money elsewhere. This also happened in the span of 2 days

This guy is all about the money. Even if you tell him in the beginning of the conversation that you have bad credit, he wants to charge you $80 for an application fee knowing that you're going to fail it for credit check. He's a thief and a very nasty angry man. Don't go here if you're looking for a personable realtor.
We met another one an hour later and have a great place. This guy is a waste of time shouldn't even be in business. The schedules two people for the same time so we can get more money for himself ...disgusting. he's doing this to make money off the applications. Scam artist

Omar was not very helpful in our search for an apartment. His assistant did all the work and she was the helpful one. He had said he would send us listings every day or at least every other day and we had to continuously ask for new updates of listings. He required that we give a deposit for a property we were interested in before we could even see it. We were on a strict time frame for having to relocate and we stressed that to Omar from the beginning but he could care less. After over a month of no answers and no updates, I decided to take my money elsewhere. Only then did he tell me that my 2 applications that was sent out, were denied, even though we requested to apply to atleast 8-10 properties. When I called to see when I could come by and pick up my money from the deposit, he was resistant on giving it back to me. I demanded that I wanted it that same day and would be back in a few hours to pick it up. If you want to waste time and money then boca property investment is the place for you.

Avoid Omar at all costs. Very unprofessional. he was "a very busy man" and unable to answer basic questions like "what apartments are available for rent"? Made me waste my time.

I have a bad credit and lying? this makes me not regret one second of taking my time and writing this review. I hope it saves people from doing business with Boca property investments.

This man is extremely rude. Asking simple questions like is there a “background check? Proof of income? What’s the security deposit?”

None of this he wanted to answer. He raised his voice talked over me then hung up. This was the pinnacle of how to not treat a customer trying to support your business. HORRIBLE

Called to let him know that someone is scamming his business… he hung up twice before I could even get my words out!!! Very unprofessional already I wouldn’t do business at all!!!!!
