I was referred My Own Plumbing Co. from my insurance company to locate a leak into my mastery bedroom closet.. Leo came to my home on short notice and inspected everything thoroughly. He determined the leak was coming from my toilet. I had asked if he wouldn't mind checking my faucet as to why the pressure was low and if he can do anything about it. He inspected it and found other complications. Leo is a man that goes above and beyond to ensure he understands the problem and it gets fixed. He is extremely transparent about everything that is going to happen, needs to happen and what we should expect. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, respect, and diligence. Thank you so much for all your hard work, time, and effort in fixing all our problems. Will be using My Own Plumbing Co. again for sure for any plumbing related issues in the future.

I used them last year---This was a sudden Sunday Night water pouring into my wall from a wash sink. The company came highly recommended and I was calling to leave a message at 10 PM on Sunday, they called and immediately went into a repair plan. I was so happy to see that repairs were no damage to the walls and fixable in 3 hours with all new parts! They called several times to explain the process and then two plumbers worked on this fast and furious...

This was the first time I used this company and I could not be more pleased. I spoke to Lori yesterday and she texted me with a time for today. The service men were on time, put down a mat in the bathroom and explained what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. Not only did they unclog the tub but put in a new drain cap that they did not charge me for. The service was excellent and the cost was $100 less than the the closest competitor. I highly recommend them.

Must say this company is great. They show up same day for services. I had an issue that they came out for that was very easily fixable. To my surprise, they did not charge me for the call.

Excellent experience ! They guys arrived on time and they were very professional and courteous . Leo the owner even came by to check in on his guys. The installed a new hot water heater in less then 2 hours they were very cautious about not banging my walls and made sure the old hot water heater was on a blanket when they were taking it out .They even swept up the work area before leaving. I couldn’t be more happy with them and will use them anytime I need a plumber. I’ve already referred them to my neighbor who will be calling to have her hot water heater replaced ! Everything was terrific with this plumbing company. Leo, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. And his prices were competitive . He made absolutely sure the diagnosis from his team was accurate by coming himself to inspect everything. The work was significant—they had to pull up the front yard and lay new pipes (our house was built in 1952 and hence the pipes were irreparable) but the work was very efficiently and super tidy. Thank you to Leo and his team!

I had a tube liner installed. 1st step was a plumber coming out to check valve. My Own Plumbing sent out 2 wonderful men. I call them the pipe whispers. Well next thing I know I have water coming thru Kitchen ceiling.
I called after hours #. The crew was sent back. It had nothing to do with their work. The drain pipe was cracked. They got it fixed. They treated my house with respect. The holes they had to make we're clean cuts. Now my plumbing is sending dry Waller.
Every one here was such a pleasure.

Called them for a plumbing issue, was not only able to get them to come the same day but they arrived exactly on time as promised. Hard working, did a great job and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves.

Leos quote was half the price of the other 3 I got. He was super caring and explained everything to me. We will be calling him whenever we have an issue.
