Budget Car Rental

The service was nice. It wasn’t a bad experience. So, I will still give them 5 stars. This was our first time using them and we picked up in Pensacola and dropped off in Jacksonville. When picking up in Pensacola. We noticed someone had been smoking in the truck. When we informed them after inspecting the truck ourselves in Pensacola. They said they allow smoking in their trucks. Which seemed odd but whatever. When dropping it off we found out that it actually is not allowed but they did not charge us. The smoke was very LOUD if you know what I mean. So, we definitely appreciate Budget in Jacksonville but if anyone says you can smoke in their trucks. Don’t, and I would request another truck if you smell smoke. Just to be on the safe side because Unfortunately, everyone may not just take your word and believe you as the employer we got in Jacksonville did.

Everything went great with the staff and the car. I usually rent from the Airport but will continue with Budget on Davis Highway from now on.

I rented on Davis Hwy in Pensacola, Fl. People at this facility were polite & very helpful. The car was available as promised. Very nice vehicle at just about half price as other rental companies as I was returning it to a place other than where I rented it.

Great experience at this rental location on the morning of 6/11/20. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the young man that walked us out to the car. My mother was nervous about renting a car because she’s not used to doing things like that. And the young man was very friendly and showed her how to check for dents. After I dropped my mother off to pick up the car I circled around the parking lot because I had a feeling that she wouldn’t understand how to turn the push start button on the car and figure out some of the electronics inside. Before I circled around he had already come back outside and was helping her. He knew that she would probably need help and he made sure to come back outside and look out for her. Very kind man. Also the tires on the car were in great shape. I’ve had bad luck with rental companies not maintaining their vehicles but this car looked safe.

the folks at the Pensacola budget are always helpful and make the rental experience very pleasant. I rented with them several times over 2021 and each time the vehicles received were great, they were accommodating and helpful and everything went seamlessly. thank you!

I've rented vehicles from Budget/Avis 3 times in the last couples of months and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff there is very helpful and welcoming!
This past weekend, I worked with Blake- who was wonderful. He was very quick and efficient with the whole process.

I have used many car rentals, but what makes budget great is people like Victor Jones in the Pensacola International Airport in Florida. He went out of his way to help me with many unfortunate situations from a flat tire to helping me recover an important item that I left in the rental. He was timely, understanding, and most importantly cared. I would definitely get budget again because of these experiences!

We had originally reserved a car through Enterprise. We got there to pick our car up right before leaving for our trip, and they had nothing for us to rent. We were told to wait in the parking lot for two hours to see if something showed up. I called Budget while we were waiting, and the man was so kind!! We left and drove over and arrived right at closing. He was SO helpful and did not make us feel bad for keeping him over!!! I will never rent anywhere else again!!! We are leaving tomorrow for my sons Basic Combat Training graduation, and we will be at Budget first thing in the morning!!! Great service and the vehicles are so nice!!!! Thanks guys!!!

Wayan and his team were extremely courteous, professional, and very pleasant. I am shocked at the other reviews because I had nothing but a perfect experience with my rental this past weekend. My rental was very new and top of the line. I even had to extend my rental a day because of our vacation plans and Wayan took care of that for me over the phone quickly and with ease.
My husband is a teacher and also gives them an A+!

Wayne did a hell of a job getting me a last second rental today. Horrible service at other companies in town. Will be giving Wayne all my business in the future. Really appreciate the quick transaction.

I don't know what the negative reviews are about, as they aren't very specific, but this is a car rental place; plain and simple. I have rented from them at 3 or 4 times in the past few years and never had a problem.
I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Staff are always patient and friendly! They have excellent product knowledge. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained.

It was seriously the quickest and easiest pick up and drop off of rental car we have EVER had! Super nice and helpful workers too!!

It was the cheapest option for between the state moving. There was no way for us to turn into a parking lot at the other location, so we had to ride to this one. Workers are very nice here.
