Jamie was so understanding and kind, arrived at 1 am and she quickly got got us a room. Room was clean and the breakfast was great and filling.

Excellent hotel. Kitchenette and utensils were clean and functional. Bath towels clean and soft. Quiet room and I got a good night's sleep. Most impressive was the manager's welcome. She was very attentive and friendly. I stay in a lot of hotels around the country, and she is an asset for the Marriot brand. Breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice and cheerful. I'll stay here again next chance I get. Thanks Gigi!

Found this hotel online and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Khrista in housekeeping went above and beyond to answer all of our questions even though she was busy with her work. And Tierra in the kitchen/breakfast area did an amazing job keeping the breakfast stocked and ready all by herself. They were all so good they deserve a raise. ☺ The hotel is also pet friendly, but honestly it was so clean I wasn't sure at first. Very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness. I will definitely be booking here again!! Two thumbs up 👍👍.

The staff here at the Towne Place knocked it out of the park. From the front desk to the breakfast, they were super attentive and helpful. Their prices are very competitive compared to most other hotels in the area and it is a 10 minute drive to downtown Pcola. I will definitely be staying here again!

It's like being home away from home, the people are great, and the rooms are clean

Great location. Rooms are nice, clean. Location needs to update room plugs to charge phones. Newer lamps have sockets for phone chargers. Otherwise all is well.

My husband and I stayed here on our cross country travel with our pets. The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. One of the best pet friendly hotels we’ve stayed in. Rooms are clean and a good size. Will definitely be returning when in the area again.

We stayed here for 3 months (military) and it was really comfortable. So clean and great service from all the staff who were friendly and accommodating. Our favourite thing was the hot breakfast bar and ability to borrow utensils for cooking. I wish I knew all the staff's names to say thank you but a special mention to Amber, Connie, Maryanne and Gigi.

Here unfortunately due to a death I the family. The hotel was perfect. Angela has been so wonderful, kind, empathetic and just amazing. The 2 bedroom kept us together with a kitchen to save eating out so much. I HIGHLY recommend you try Founaris Bros Greek Restaurant. Best pizza we’ve ever had (in 53 countries).. but there are restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is nice, shady off the noisy hwys. Just really nice experience and worked well with our circumstances

All of the Staff at this hotel are amazing and wonderful people. This is a great place to stay with many things within walking distance and within sight of I-10. I have never stayed at this hotel but I have been in it many times and have plenty of friends that have stayed here. I applied for a job at this hotel. However, I did not get the job. Even though I did not get it. I really enjoyed the interview and re familiarizing myself with the property. This property is very clan and is full of very kind people who are very eager to help you. If you are looking for a reasonably priced room with cleanliness and safety in mind. Give them a chance. You wont regret it.

Great place to stay, central location to pensacola, room is nice and clean. Has full size fridge/freezer , 2 eye stove, microwave and dish washer. Pool and grill area.

My family and I received a great customer service during our almost 55 nights at this hotel. The entire staff is very professional at what they do. I'd like to mention Melanie and Gigi in particular as the pillars of this place. They definitely know how to treat people. I would strongly recommend anybody to stay there. Our time over there went by really quick and sure we will miss how positive and friendly the staff was. Personally, I didn't like Pensacola much but if I have to say what I liked the most, I would definitely mention the hotel. Thank you!

We are driving from miami, we have to stop to rest because our final destination is Dallas, we found this place because it has good reviews and good prices too, Gigi at the front desk was very courteous and friendly! We definitely enjoy staying at this hotel! Thank u

I stayed in this hotel for about 2 months and I have to say this is by far the best experience I've had in a hotel. I travel a lot due to military obligation and the team here has been nothing short of amazing. The one criticism I have is that I would like to see the gym equipment calibrated. The belts on the treadmills slip if you run at about an 8 minute pace or faster and that is definitely a safety issue.
Other than that, the staff is extremely friendly and strives to get to know their guests. They work hard to make sure the guests have everything they need and it's very apparent they take pride in their work.
The hotel is always clean. Room service comes 2x a week due to covid restrictions. They come once for a full clean and once for a refresh. For me, that is PERFECT. The housekeeping staff continues the trend of friendliness and hard work.
The internet is fast and always available.
The surrounding area is FULL of different restaurants and places you can go.
I particularly want to shout out Regina, Gigi and Amber. Those three are absolute ALL STARS and have set the bar for front desk management. I'm blessed to have gotten to know them through the time I've been here.

Great stay from the beginning to the end. The front desk worked with us when we had an issue with our credit card (one call took care of it!). Breakfast was delicious! Their muffins were so moist and full of flavor!!! The room was great also!! Had everything we needed! The bed was so comfy-not too soft and not too hard!! Loved the shower stall - it was much bigger than the normal shower stall! Having a full-length mirror was another plus! The parking lot was a little smaller than normal, but we still didn't have any problems finding a place to park. All in all, we would stay there again! 😊

Gigi and the crew at this location are stellar hosts. Thank you for going above and beyond, as your "regular" service to guests. Every level of service was perfect.

We were there on TDY and our rooms were not booked by the crew and it was graduation week so everything was booked until we called this place which was almost 30min from our plane and they saved the last two rooms for us. This was after we called 10 other location and they were all booked up.

A great value for money hotel. We had the 2 room suite and it fit the 6 of us really comfortably. The only downside was there was only 1 bathroom. The staff was great. The manager/receptionist was super nice and accommodating and we had this nice handwritten note welcoming us to the room. Would definitely choose this place again if we ever stop by Pensacola.

Easy check in, great front desk agent. Room was clean and comfortable and that is the most important thing. Gigi at the front desk is amazing!
