Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola

Got a good night's sleep, which, frankly, I didn't expect after I saw that my room was adjacent to the elevator and near an ice maker. The indoor pool was great, if small and cold (it was December!). I didn't utilize the bar/restaurant, but appreciate the option. Staff was very nice and helpful - that counts for a lot.

Nice clean quiet room. The Pool is not heated so that was a bust. They do have a Tapas bar for drinks and a bite. Not very appealing to families more for business travelers. Nothing for families or children. No coffee bar or breakfast muffins. They do sell starbucks brewed coffee at the wine bar.

Marissa could see the stress on my face when I walked in. She had me checked in in less than 5 minutes, and we were on time for our event. The rooms were immaculate, and the customer service at this location was top tier.

The hotel is located in a great location. We had a large group of 12 and the stay was flawless. Not sure why there are so many discouraging reviews. Marisa at the front desk was an absolute pro and helped facilitate a seamless check in for our group. I’m ambassador with marriot which got me a nice little upgrade that I appreciate very much. Comfortable spacious rooms, very clean and safe parking for all our gear. Easy checkout in the morning wit Lacresha who was also kind and helpful. This will be the hotel we stop in on travel through Florida.

Good value and clean room. Only issue was they did not give me the wake up call that I requested. Luckily the alarm clock in the room worked.

Service here was incredible! Marisa made our family feel cared for and incredibly at home. It’s not often that our young children feel welcome and accepted at hotels and this team really went above and beyond!

Extremely nice rooms and the hotel is very clean. I was only here for a short 1 night stay however I was able to get great sleep. The staff is also super friendly!

Was in town for Business & Had a Great Stay room was perfect very nice clean way more then I expected the restaurant in the morning A+ , Showtime was available on the TV so I enjoyed classic movies , there lots of stores in the area so I was able to just walk to the stores and shop 🛍around got me some Florida fits lol (I’m from California) and the Staff is so Sweet and The young Lady in charge of the desk at Night was amazing made my Visit Worth while 🥰 The fitness room is nice and clean and ready to go for your needs & The indoor pool was perfect I couldn’t ask for more. This is Definitely my go too for future visits to Pensacola, Florida. Great Job 👏 keep up the good work .

This place is amazing, the rooms are beautiful! The service is top-notch, no disturbances while staying here. It was very cold when I stayed here and little to my knowledge.... They had an indoor-pool that was warm!!!! That was the icing on the cake for me.

We had not planned on staying in Pensacola but got stuck in a dead stop on i10 for nearly 3 hours due to an accident on the freeway! Jake at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! He also gave an excellent recommendation for dinner at Bubbas33 and a 10% coupon! Hotel was very clean and the room was wonderful! Got a great night's sleep!

Amazing staff and accommodations, helped us when we were stranded after a cancelled flight. Provided a coupon for dinner and even helped us try and find a shuttle when our taxi didn’t show up the next morning:)

My family and I were traveling home to Savannah, GA from Louisiana. It was late and we were all tired. Lexi, the evening clerk, was very helpful and attentive. We needed 2 rooms and a cot. She helped me get the best rate with my AAA discount. The cot arrived to the room before we did. The service was excellent. The rooms were immaculate, as if I cleaned them myself. The bed was comfortable, and we all got a great night's sleep. I did not wake with a sore back. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I've ever had. The water pressure was adequate and the shower head distributed the water efficiently. All of the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and wanted to be someplace near the beach but not too far from home. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite since we were celebrating our anniversary! The room was spaces, very clean, and private! The staff was extremely helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant experience, and we felt safe and well cared for. Only about 20 minutes from the beaches. Close to downtown. There are a lot of retail shops and restaurants very close to the hotel.

Got checked into the hotel yesterday and Jake was extremely helpful and very accommodating to our needs. We wanted extra pillows and he had a couple more delivered to our room. He also made sure we knew what was going on around the area.

Around a ton of shops and restaurants. Love the exterior design look of the hotel and the interior isn't bad either. One of the better courtyards I've stayed at! Real nice staff. Would recommend

I was passing through on a cross-country drive and the location suited a stop so I stayed there. Just a hop off the freeway so not too much road noise and they had room for my pickup and trailer. The staff was very friendly (especially Brittney) - I really enjoyed the chats, the food was good and I liked the bistro decor. The hotel is very comfortable - the carpet was a bit worn in spots but that's the only negative I could say. I'd stay again for sure.

After getting the TV squared away, everything was awesome. The desk staff could not have been better. The lady at the Starbucks counter was duper chill and got us caffeinated and on our way! Lovely room comfy bed. Great hotel stay.

Takes Covid seriously. Being autoimmune compromised I felt very safe at this Marriott's Courtyard. Was even able to get breakfast to go & ate outside. Very nice comfortable place to stay. Will go back for sure!

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfy and I LOVED the shower. It had a good size pool and a nice courtyard. Will come back and stay
