Just had an appointment for my cat who has blockage and he was treated so well. It was a long wait time but that’s how it is at all doctors offices. The vet was so kind and understanding. She thoroughly explained everything even though it was late at night. The girl at the front desk was super kind too. The consult room looked clean and well taken care of. Wonderful experience!

I can't thank Coral Springs Animal Hospital enough for the care and time and dedication that they took to a sweet stray feral cat named Annie that came rushing in their doors one evening. They immediately took her back and they were very upfront about the estimate and costs. I told them that since this was a community cat I would be raising donations and asked if it would be okay to do a fundraiser for Annie and have people call in donations. They were willing to work with me. Over 20 people called in donations and the staff up front took down each person's information - that is a lot of work and some vets don't allow this!! Annie would not have been able to be treated if it we were not able to raise donations this way.

Annie was treated with the utmost care and wasn't overlooked despite being a stray cat. She was treated as if she was someone's beloved pet, and guess what, today she is! From stray to slay, our girl Annie has come alive! She is living the life of luxury indoors and has her fureever home with me 🌟😻🩷🙏🌟.

I can't thank the staff enough for the incredible care. Shout-out to Isabella at the front desk who took a million of my frantic calls and treated me like I was the only customer of the day 🤣.

Annie still has a long road of Veterinary care ahead of her - needing 6 teeth pulled due to stomatitis. But coral Springs Animal Hospital got her cleaned up and out of pain and started to heal the ulcers in her mouth.

Now look, bottom line - Emergency Vets are expensive!! Be realistic when coming to an ER vet. But I at least know that you are truly getting expert care here and love for community cats. 🙏🙏😻

Thank you

I've been coming to CSAH since my girl was only 8 weeks old and I've had nothing but amazing support from every Vet and Tech we've worked with. We've seen our fair share of emergency visits over the past 9 years, but this most recent visit on 6/10 was truly exceptional - it was pretty clear that my emotions were heightened due to fear of what was going on and every staff member we encountered was calm and supportive. Most exceptionally, the vet tech Omar talked me through everything, brought me comfort in knowing that my girl was in the best hands. We recognized him from when he was on the GP team, and having him in ER -his personality, his demeanor and professionalism made the whole experience that much more comforting. When I handed the leash off to him, she snuggled with him when she was nervous about leaving me in all the intensity that the ER can be and he went above and beyond to take care of her and me. Thank You!!

Vet tech Dani was so sweet and kind to my cat, Bunny, and myself. She really helped make me feel better through our difficult situation (Bunny was having seizures). Thank you to the neurologist and personable staff at Coral Springs animal hospital. My Bunny is home safe & sound.

My sister had taken her dog here this weekend. She kept me updated every step of the way because I am in veterinary medicine myself and wanted to know all the details, the staff made that easy for her by taking the time to explain every step of the care they could provide for her dog. The staff at this clinic is OUTSTANDING. They were honest and up front about everything. They were caring as if her dog were their own pet. The Dr. on the case even agreed to a three way call so I could hear first hand what they were doing and their thoughts on this case. The care and knowledge they had for not only her dog but my sister as well was absolutely top notch. Positive experiences from the very get go. Reception, technicians, doctors, and all other staff involved with his case.. thank you for your wonderful teamwork and making a scary situation that much easier for my sister.

My dog was spayed 4 days ago, and somehow she reached the wound and removed some stitches. For this reason we immediately went to the animal hospital.
Omar helped us, he was very kind to us and sweet with my dog. They gave us very good attention. Definitely, when you are worried about a stressful situation it is very important to get to a place where you feel that your loved ones are taken care of.

Absolutely love the doctors and staff at CSAH! They are nothing short of amazing! They are caring for our dog with cancer and we could not be more pleased with the service. They are compassionate and truly want the best for our pet! Thanks to Dr. Alvarez, Dr. Caparelli and their technicians who treat our dog like their own. I wish people could understand how an emergency/specialty hospital works before they give it a bad review. We highly recommend CSAH!

Had to take my dog to the ER as she was limping and whimpering in pain. We had great care. Omar was very attentive, patient and extremely helpful. Entire staff was gracious and kind. They politely explained that they were very busy and to please be patient. It was a great experience. Fortunately doggy just needed some rest and anti - inflammatory meds.

My Minigoldendoodle was so sick vomiting brown liquid and unable to hold water down. I brought her to Coral Springs Animal Hospital and Dr. Jo Griciute was caring, compassionate and kind as she explained that Hanna needed surgery to remove an object in her intestines. There was a blockage and Her Kidney levels were dangerously high due to dehydration. They immediately put her on IV fluids and prepared her for surgery. The surgeon was Dr. Erin Smith who kept me informed every step of the way. She sent me a photo of her post op of where she was resting comfortably. She explained every detail and the good news that they removed a palm tree seed that was stuck in her intestines. The next day Hanna was standing up and able to pee. I am grateful and thankful for the skill of the surgeon Dr. Erin Smith! Hanna is happily home and recovering. Norma the tech was very thorough and explained all the discharge instructions and medications to give her at home. Thank you to the entire Coral Springs Animal Hospital for the excellent care and attention that my 10 year old Minigoldendoodle received!❤

I want to give the whole team at Coral Springs Animal Hospital a huge thank you! From the receptionists, to the vet techs, to the vet. Not only did they take such great care of my fur baby, they showed kindness, care, and compassion to me as well. They stayed in constant communication with me - phone calls, texts, and photos. Provided me with all options of what would be best for my dog. They allowed my sister (who is in the veterinary field) to join in on some of the communication as well. The team thoroughly explained the tests and processes/treatment that was being conducted. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional team and would highly recommend them for anyone who has pets in need of care. Thank you again!

Awesome Emergency Care!
I brought my dog, Chance, for an ear problem on Memorial Day. The place was jumping and we were told there would be a wait. No problem. Nurse Omar and Dr. Waters were both incredible. Great front desk staff too. So glad you were there.

Dr. Waters and her team did an amazing job with my dog Daisy. She gave me reassurance my baby would be okay after a mishap with some M&Ms. She’s been spry this morning and back to her playful self.

I spent most of the month of March here with my cat Oscar, and they saved his life. The entire staff was beyond helpful, kind and comforting, especially nurse Omar who continually treated Oscar as well as my other cat Stewie who I had to bring in today. I cannot thank this facility enough.

If you have a reactive dog, go here — their staff is so patient, kind, and they are trained to gently interact with your anxious baby!

Our sweet boy woke up with his eye swollen shut, bright red and in lots of pain. Darwin, our four year old golden retriever mix, is a very loving + also a very reactive and anxious dog (especially at the vet). Our vet-tech Omar was SO wonderful with him! Omar is fear-free certified which means he went through training to learn how to best interact with reactive dogs like our Darwin, and used fear-free techniques to reduce an already stressful veterinary visit. Within minutes Darwin was happy to be his friend. Dr. Vasilescu was also able to quickly help make Darwin feel at ease, and we all worked together to make him enjoy his vet visit. Because of our experience that day, we are likely switching over to this practice as our primary care veterinarian. Thanks again Omar, Dr V and the rest of the CSAH team!

The Coral Springs Animal Hospital has always been there when we have had an emergency with one of our dogs. They are very caring and knowledgeable. This morning they immediately saw my dog Dusty and helped him out as soon as I got there. They examined him and gave me advice for the future. I would recommend them for your pet emergency. :)

We received bad news about our loving dog (Dorothy) that she had cancer in her lungs. Many Doctors gave us doom and gloom news, and did not want to treat. Through search we found Dr. Alvarez, an oncology veterinarian. He was very honest and open about our situation but was willing to treat Dorothy. We knew it was a buying time situation. We ended up buying more time with our amazing dog Dorothy. The oncology staff along with Dr. Alvarez were very caring, compassionate, loving, and honest. They treated our dog as if it was their own. I highly recommend the team and Dr. Alvarez.

We've been here quite a few times with quite a few other dogs. I am thankful for the emergency service that is provided and thankful that they are open 24 hours a day. The staff has always been inviting and compassionate and none of our dogs have ever complained that they weren't well taken care of. This trip, Omar and Dr. Gonzales were able to see Moose and I quickly and determine his issue.

I had to bring my 20 yr old cat in to gain his wings. Abby at the front desk was very sweet, the vet (so sorry I don't recall her name) was very compassionate and gentle, understanding. Glad to have found a 24hr emergency services vet within reasonable distance and with such a lovely staff at such a hard time.

KUDOS TO THE CSAH SURGICAL TEAM!!!!
I don't usually write reviews but I knew I needed to so that I could share the absolutely incredible positive experience that I had this last week at Coral Springs Animal Hospital.

My dog had to have surgery for a tumor that was on his thyroid gland. It was very scary for us as he has a severe heart condition and it makes general anesthesia even the more dangerous.

Dr. Evelyn Caporali, his surgeon was unbelievable in her step by step process of getting all the necessary clinical info by doing diagnostics needed to allow her the best course of action with my dog, prior to doing the surgery. She also personally called his vet cardiologist prior to surgery. She was a straight shooter telling us what was ahead in each step of the way along with taking the time to answer any and all of our questions.

She has a fabulous team of nurses and specialty support staff like Matt Jackson and Crystal P. who went above and beyond their jobs to make sure that my dog as well as the humans were in the premier care at all times. Matt is a true blessing to the Coral Springs surgical team. He gave such comfort and was extremely knowledgeable in the entire surgical process and shared with us meticulously.

Dr. Caporali personally called me 4 times the day of his surgery and gave me updates. She is a vet like few others that I have ever come in contact with. Her expertise as a surgeon is exemplary! Thank you Dr. Caporali and your team. Coral Springs Animal Hospital should be thrilled to have such a skilled and thorough top-level surgeon on their staff.

If you are being faced with the difficult decision of surgery for your dog, I would highly suggest you consider the CSAH surgical team under Dr. Evelyn Caporali. KUDOS to them!

My pup is on the mend now and doing very well!
Thanks to all at Coral Springs Animal Hospital.
