Publix Super Market at Hialeah Plaza

I love publix, it is not just a place to buy grocery. The crew that works here are so polite, kind, courteous, willing to help. Today was extra special, I went in with my daughter Faith to get cupcakes for her birthday. She mentioned to one of the ladies in the idle, to my surprise she went and bought her a happy birthday balloon and they surprise my daughter signing the birthday song. To me, that was beyond customer service, to my daughter it was amazing she loved it.

Always a pleasure, best publix in Hialeah and adding the self check-out units less than 6 months ago made it better!

Has a bigger supply of flowers to grab and go. An extensive bakery , with plenty of choices to pick from, Their ready made food is very fresh. Plenty of fruits, and parking. A clean and polite supermarket.

Been coming to this public for many years customer service has always been top-notch managers are willing to go to the backstock to see if the merchandise that you wanted that was not in the front is available very special one of a kind thank you for shopping is a pleasure.

Excellent customer service. The people that work here make shopping at Publix a pleasure. They are always willing to help find an item and are very pleasant. They always greet customers with a smile. Every single employee from bakery to the managers, the janitorial staff, everyone is amazing. The store is always vibrant, clean and organized.

Not the lowest price but certainly the best shopping experience hands down.

Huge Market !! IMHO if not one of the best subs in Miami the famous chicken tender sub, you can eat it while still hot on their premises, my ex loves their beef but I find it price wise expensive I think is just we males have the hunting instinct and I look for competitive bargains, not strict halal or kosher but stamps could be find in some products.
At deli they will cut all meat using same equipment maybe if asked equipment could be momentarily sanitized nothing too orthodox. If looking for halal or kosher in an urgency this will suffice. God had mercy

Nice helpful store

Pharmacist was very polite and respectful. She explains everything in details, since I was new with the pharmacy and all. Also, the young man in the front, when you walk in, was so nice! He saw me limping so he offered the electric chair. I told him thank you but I really needed the exercise for my operated knee... He was such a good kid!
You have very good service there!

It's been awhile since I've been to a Publix that I can say was amazing from the moment I walked in to when I left the store.

Shopping was a pleasure. Attentive. Courteous. These employees need raises. Train all customer service employees using the Publix method.

Favorite Publix in Hialeah. Well stocked and easy in, easy out as there is usually not much of a wait at registers. Associates are helpful when needed and the pharmacy provides great customer service.
