My truck arrived in perfect condition, my delivery guy was very professional, they contacted me 3 times for updates, and the best part is they emailed me the receipt (bill of labeling BOL) with 20+ pictures! I received the email right when it was delivered! Thank you Rite Way!!

He was very thorough making sure my vehicle had no damages before he put it on his truck and took pictures. Ovid tranaported my vehicle from LOS ANGELES TO FLORIDA ON TIME A DAY EARLY! I was given Joshua Husak's contact information by a trusted friend who uses his services when transporting vehicles for his business. Josh was professional, easy to work with & kept the lines of communication open. he didn't try & up-sell me or take advantage since I didn't know the first thing about transporting my vehicle from so far away. Being my first time transporting a vehicle, I was super cautious. Josh took the reins, I felt good vibe after speaking with him & moved forward. My vehicle left the deanship in Madison, Wisconsin on Friday & was set to arrive the following Wednesday. The vehicle showed up the Monday in Virginia Beach, VA before, wow. The driver was super helpful and accommodating. Great experience. I felt like I was conducting business with a true insider who had my best interest in mind. I HIGHLY recommend calling Josh first.

Hands down the best transport company. Customer service is 11/10. I don't have to stress about pick-up and delivery because their online tracking system also keeps me updated on my shipments. They take great care of my cars. Their pricing is competitive which saves me money compared to other options in the area. When I needed to move my car cross country I chose Rite-Way. They were on time for the pick-up and offered a really good value too. I spoke with Erick Reihs and he set me up. Best of all they respected my privacy. I had a few duffel bags in the trunk and a brief case in the front seat and neither were disturbed. Next time I have to move something cross-country I will call Erick and Rite Way again.

I live in MI,and I purchased a car totally online from Texas. 1st time doing this. The dealer recommended Rite Way to me, there were other companies that was cheaper,but I went with dealer recommendation, and Iam glad I did. I spoke with Jason and told him what I was shipping and he gave me a quote, and told me everything that I could expect and what was the process. long story short i talked with Jason on Dec 8th, and my car was picked up from TX on Dec 9th, and I had my vehicle Dec 12th in MI. no damage, everthing in pristine condition when received.A+++++++ company with no issues. Will definetely use again for future shipping needs

I usually do not leave reviews because they can take up too much time but when you’ve had a great customer service experience, I feel it’s only fair to shine light. A young woman named Maria Hershey helped me with my needs and made sure I was very well taken care of. She was easy to talk to and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Rite Way Auto Transport has a great member on their team as well as quality service and needs to know it.

I dealt with Jason H at Rite Way Auto Transport and he was excellent. They did not give me the absolute lowest quote but spending the extra money was WELL worth it for the quality of service that was provided. My car (2021 Dodge Hellcat) is very important to me and they took excellent care of it from start to finish. My car was picked up extremely quickly and I could tell after it was dropped off that these guys handled it very carefully. My rep Jason let me know he is a former marine and you could definitely tell! The attention to detail he brought to the whole process was incredible. I give these guys and especially Jason a 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone that needs to transport a car in a heartbeat.

We moved my car from Florida to California last minute and Rite Way was amazing. My son was without a vehicle out there and Bonnie in dispatch kept him and myself informed every step of the way. Any time i called her she responded to all of my questions and concerns in a polite professional manner. From the time i signed the contract it was 24 hours and a driver was there to pick my sons car up. It was delivered 4 days later as promised. I would highly recommend using Rite Way Auto Transport.

I typically don't take the time to leave reviews however Joey Clementi from Rite Way Auto Transport really outdid himself and I felt he needed recognition. I was hounded by so many companies and didn't know where to turn. I happen to speak with Joey and he explained the entire transport process in detail and walked me through every step. Very honest and thorough. He also followed through until delivery and was always available. Will never think of using any other company and will be sure to recommend all of my friends and family. Mike Bobish was absolutely fantastic making the transport of my Chevy 3500 dually quick and painless. The whole transaction took 3 days from the time I placed the call to them and I had my truck!
