Belk's associates were very friendly and welcoming when I entered their store. They also went out of their way to assist me in creating a professional look with their business attire selections and was very pleased with their input and results. Furthermore, I was able to buy designer brand clothing for a fraction of the designer brand prices with discounts they offered.

My oldest son is getting married soon. I needed a dress and shoes for the wedding. Belks was the place. I had gone to Stein Mart and TJMax an nothing. I can not wear hi hills so I opted for tennis shoes. GUESS had some fantastic ones. I love the and my shoes.

I needed help getting some plate setts off a shelf and there was only 1 person at the register with a long line but she was able to find me someone to help me. She was very nice and helped me to download the app to get my discount and also found me a cart to take the 2 sets to my car. I felt sorry for the lady at the register because she could have used more help. One man came up and wanted help with the shoes but she was unable to leave the register. You may want to hire more help

Oh my gosh their sales are the best. I found vionic shoes for $20 and I bought 2 pair. Best sandals for running around Pensacola and they are golden. I feel like Mercury. Found pants that were long enough. I never find that. Check out their sales for yourself and get the app for more discounts.

Enjoy shopping here...the guy in the shoe department is great!! Very helpful and has a great attitude!! Love buying shoes here just because he is so friendly and helpful...takes me back to how customer service should be!! Which seems to lacking at alot of places these days. I love Belk! They have high quality items in their store and always have sale racks to go through. The store is kept clean, however you do need to wear a mask while shopping here. You are unable to use the fitting rooms at this time however they will gladly take returns if you bring your receipt along with the items. I especially love the kids clothing section and always buy my grandchild's clothing at the store. It's an excellent place to shop and the staff is very helpful!

Buy one get 2. Have not seen that. Ladies clothes downstairs. Men clothing upstairs.

I have been going to Belk to get my hair cut for about 2 years now they are so wonderful. The customer service, attention to detail, and the my stylist Lexie who is AMAZING hair. Most definitely recommend if you are looking for a good place to get your hair done

I loved this store. There were so many stylish clothing options to pick from. And the deals they had were great. I spent about $150 my first time there but I saved over $300. Its a great place to shop

Membership does have its privileges, got a very nice pair of dress shoes today on sale from $100 to $49.
