First time, in awhile, I've given this store this rating! No boxes on the floor... personal shoppers weren't rude... inventory was good... cashiers at self checkout are always helpful and friendly! Today my scale kept messing up and the cashier was right there to help; even showed me how to do something I hadn't seen before. There's hope for this store yet; usually I have to watch out for boxes and personal shoppers....

Clean, big aisles, one of the busiest Walmarts, highly suggest online shopping for in store pickup using Walmart app. I use it all the time, even if I'm shopping in store beforehand just so that I'm in and out. Saves time, find all the deals, and scan as I shop, so no need to rescan at register just show phone barcode at checkout.Done-dada 🏃🏼💨

I do ALL my shopping at Walmart Supercenter and they let me bring my little dogs in and the friendly staff treat us like Royalty

I love shopping at Walmart, especially for yarn for crocheting ..It's reasonably priced that I can afford.

Had a genuine conversation with an old man and was a really nice wal mart. They really should put benches back in the entrance for at least the elderly and disabled. Oh , the vision center there, the gentleman working, was super professional and helpful. They fixed my glasses free of charge. They really know how to keep good customers business..

This is the absolute nicest Walmart I have ever been to! They have a huge selection of products, pleasant lighting and displays, great selection of produce and healthy foods, wide isles, and just a very pleasant atmosphere. There are tons of self-checkouts and I don't believe I've ever had to wait in line. I even got my latest contact prescription there and found a pair of glasses I liked. They also have those brands new, fancy carts with a drink and cell phone holder.

Walmart's across the nation get a bad rap, but it's not because of the service, quality of (most) products, store appearance, nor the employees, for sure.
The three stores that my family visit most often on the north side of Pensacola are well maintained with good health and cleanliness standards. The specific workers, in store shoppers, and floaters are kind and very helpful, the clerks gracious.

New Walmart format makes the shopping experience more pleasant. From styled endcaps in home goods to expansions in the clothing areas, this store is worth the extra time required for me to drive there.

A very clean and modern Walmart with updated self checkout. There’s hardly ever a line when I shop here.

Our first time to this location and Sparky was awesome we had three littles and he talked to them as they talked to him and was very friendly in a GOOD way! Wonderful customer service

I wanted to write down a review to give a shout out to the most helpful Creighton Road pickup employee, Sparky. I regularly go to this Walmart to pickup some groceries. Today, I was trying to get some cat food but received dog food instead. I asked the pickup person to please replace the food with a similar product, as I can't really give dog food to my cats. The employee said that nothing could be done. However, when I had a similar problem with Sparky before, he was quick to make it right. We saw him at the parking lot and he somehow got our problem fixed, even though he wasn't even my pickup person. God bless this man, give him a raise.

Self checkout was great. The tire section and liquor section was outstanding. There was a small pharmacy. In all it was nice and near the beach and convinient.

Walmart is just around the corner from my electronics repair facility. I've been shopping there for the past 13 years. I'm there just after they open at 6 in the morning, before they get busy. I used to know where pretty much everything was located. Now, I pretty much stay lost, but I'm learning. The employees are very helpful and understand, as they have gone through the same learning process. Through the years I have gotten to know several of the girls in the self checkout area who are quick and very helpful when my yellow light comes on above my head . I always enjoy my early morning trips to my Walmart for my continued store learning experiences.

This Walmart location is always clean and the employees are always friendly. The employees are helpful when you have questions about products or need to find something. The store is usually organized and free of clutter.

Great place to shop. Most of the time I find what I need. Great prices!!!

Clean store. Had everything I needed. I saw some 500 pound woman complaining about how the 8 foot wide checkout aisle was too small for "normal people". Hilarious. So they also provide entertainment too. Anyways Walmart is Walmart.

Update Feb '24 ... of course stock issues are gone and I was even able to get a new coffee maker to replace my old one, which broke during a recent move ... VERY HAPPY CAMPER here, lol!

Old post from covid days ... Sadly and expected, low on stock but big ATABOY to a nice fellow named Ken, stocking eggs. I needed a six-pack of eggs - a dozen would be a waste. I commented about there being no six-packs and he offered to get some from the back. Five minutes later I had a fresh six-pack and was on my way. As silly as it probably sounds - THIS is the kind of GREAT service I have come to expect from the staff at this location and Ken made the task of hunting for what I was sent for MUCH easier. Thanks Ken!
