Very sweet and helpful positive staff every time I visit Richey's. They're my favorite liquor store in the whole area...Thank you the positive experiences throughout the years.

Always have what I'm looking for. Great competitive prices. Often less than other places around.

They sell my favorite wine here. It's easy to navigate the store and the staff are always available to assist you. That's a plus when your can't find a certain item like red vermouth. I gave up and went up to the cashier and requested assistance. I needed red vermouth for a recipe for chicken I was making for our weekly pot luck dinner. The cashier took me right to it. Problem solved. Thanks Richey's. I also go to the one near the 3 mile bridge if I can't find the wine I want. Friendly staff there as well.

The number of signs telling people that masks are required for entry alone are enough to warrant a 5 star rating. So many places don't bother enforcing mask use, so going inside a place that takes it seriously was a really nice change.

I've never seen bourbon cream before coming in here, so 5 stars for selection, too.

If you aren't a teetotaler, it's a fine place to be. Hell, even if you ARE a teetotaler, it's a fine place to be. They have plenty of mixers and soft drinks... but the selection of beers, wines, and liquors is out of this world.

Always have great prices and specials. Best part is they are open 365 days a year. Employees are always nice and friendly. It’s like this for all 3 locations.

I was here a couple years ago, and didn't like it. I can tell you that when I came back, this place improved big time. Please give it a second chance. The service is wonderful, and they have very good prices. I love this place!

Best liquor store in Pensacola. Very very well stocked as well as clean and organized. Never do u have to wait in line at checkout. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly guys behind the counter; not too busy and the very same evening the City Pensacola dropped the,.. long overdue,.. mask mandate, they took down all of their mask signs down. Felt very welcome.
