Metro Discount Airport Parking

I had a great experience parking here! I flew solo out of the Pensacola Airport and decided to try Metro Discount Parking for the first time. I am so glad I did! It is very close to the airport, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it was so much less expensive than parking at the airport. The shuttle to drop me off and pick me up was very fast and the drivers were courteous. Upon my arrival back home, they offered to fix a part on the bottom of my car that had been scraping the ground and causing me a great deal of annoyance for some time! I will definitely use their service again and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Very convenient location, super quick and friendly service. Rates are reasonable. Safe place to leave my car and there is a shuttle to drop off and pick you up at the airport. Would highly recommend!

This is the only place I’d think about using when flying out of PNS. They’re 24/7, always friendly and professional.

Very convenient, safe place to store our vehicle when airport garages were full; they even have a shuttle vehicle, where you are dropped off and picked up from Pensacola airport!

I've been using this parking service for almost 15 years and I would highly recommend it. I travel about every other week for work and this takes a lot of the hassle out of traveling. It's so much more convenient than parking at the airport itself and it's cheaper too. This way you don't have to drag your luggage to and from the airport parking lot - they drop you off and pick you up right at the door of the airport. The drivers are friendly and the service is great - they will even wash your car for you on the day or your return! The owner went out of his way to help when I had car problems when I returned from a trip - he is the best! And most importantly, you know your car is always safe. I'm so glad they've weathered the pandemic and are still going strong.

The owner and staff are always timely, gracious and professional. They go the extra mile, keep my car safe and even offer detailing is you want. I know that I can count on them every time and they keep parking affordable and fair. I fly often and would not consider using another business.

This place is a godsend! Parking at the airport has become much more tedious and after nearly missing my flight once, I decided to try this. It made my trip so much easier. I pulled into their lot and they had a shuttle waiting for me. The price is good and the service was really phenomenal. Everyone was so nice!! On my return, I made a simple phone call and they quickly picked me up and got me on my way. I will seriously never consider parking at the airport again. Worrying about missing a flight because of unpredictable parking is a thing of the past!

I would give six stars if I could! This place is easily accessible, very quick service, and always friendly. In fact, it costs less than parking at the airport.

I've parked with metro parking monthly for 10+ years for business and personal trips. Not only is there a substantial cost savings but they also provide white glove curb service by dropping and collecting their customers right in front of the airport exits- so there's no more walking across that giant parking lot or endlessly searching for a spot. You can also have your vehicle expertly cleaned and detailed while you are traveling at very reasonable rates. The owner and all of his staff are extremely courteous and make Metro easy to do business with. Truly, One of my favorite vendors.

I really wouldn’t have ever imagined myself saying I felt like family at an airport parking business but I really do! They are the kindest, most helpful and caring individuals. Not only are they super affordable (even cheaper than ubering to and from the airport for a short trip) but I’ve always felt that my car has been extremely safe being there. They drop you off and pick you up immediately and I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes. They go above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced elsewhere - inflating a low tire for me while I was gone, giving me the number of a really affordable windshield replacement and encouraging me to be safe by getting a new one (it really is cracked to hell) and detailing my car for a very affordable price. It looks brand new now and dear god it looked awful before!! Haha! I’ve gone away for lots of short weekends since living in Pensacola and I’m honestly going to miss this place so much. They are the best and I could not recommend them more highly!!!

I travel weekly for business and always park at Metro Parking. This is a great local business that never fails to exceed my expectations. Superior customer service....Make a difference attitude....all at a cost 50% lower than on-airport parking. They offer lots of great services too....like car wash / detail. Also, there is nothing better than coming home and having my car pre-cooled / heated (depending on the season). I do not use Metro Parking because they save me 50% on parking every week...I park my car car at Metro Discount Parking because I get SO MUCH MORE than I pay for!!!

I have been parking my car with Metro Discount Parking for seven years. I would not think of going anywhere else. Asif and his team are fantastic! Polite, courteous, and quick delivery to and from PNS. Rates are great and I feel confident that my car will be safe and secure while I am away.
Also, their detailing service is fantastic...it is nice to get in a clean car and know I can scratch this chore off my "to-do list" after a long trip away. Thanks Metro Discount for the continued great service and wonderful experiences.

This service is absolutely the best. They always go the extra mile and you cannot beat being dropped off at the door. Even better, they are extremely family friendly. I used them before I had my son and loved them, but then after I had my son they graciously picked me up in my own vehicle so we didn't have to do car seat shuffle. For a Mom who is laden down like a pack mule traveling a lot while her husband is deployed, this place is a God send.

The staff at Metro Discount Airport Parking were very professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. They were quick to take me and pick me up from the airport. My car was dusty from a nearby construction site and one of the staff took the time to rinse my car off before coming to pick me up. Thank you.

This facility provides extremely good service. I dropped my car here, they immediately shuttled me to departing flights. Upon return, called for shuttle. The shuttle was outside baggage claims. They knew my flight info and were already outside.
NO WAITING.
Also had my vehicle detailed. As a previous new car dealer, I can say that they did an outstanding job on my vehicle detail.
I strongly recommend this service provider, both for parking and vehicle detailing. The owner, Asif, is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Can't say enough praise!!!

I’ve used MDAP multiple times this year and they ALWAYS provide top tier service at discount prices. They’re quick to get you to your gate and right there upon your return.
