Very impressed! We were on the beginning of a 3000mi road trip and had an issue with one of my Jeep tires. They quickly diagnosed and took care of the issue and had us back on the road in less than 30min!! Great team of people!! Thank you.

Honest, forthright, and fair...thusly, the exact opposite of so many auto mechanics shops today. It would almost be UN-fair to them for me to report how great they were for me, but I'll leave it here: it has been inspiring to experience such a tremendous level of honesty in the auto repair business! I'm a Palm lifer for sure!

Excellent service by Nick and John! I had a worn tire with 2 nails and called on a Friday at 5:30 on my way to Miami, just before closing. Nick said he could take care of me, inspected the tire, and we agreed to put a new one (255/35R18 since I have a sports car). So we jumped on his truck to go to Firestone, got a shop discount on the tire, and made it back after 6 pm. He put on the tire in a jiffy and overall is an amazing guy, stayed late, and helped me in a jam so I could make it to Miami before the rain caught me. Thank you again Nick!

I have a vintage 89 turbo plymouth Voyager Minivan that had issues with bad motor mounts & lil front end work... Then did an EXCELLENT job on the front end alignment (special thx to the very young guy there for alignment!)... Treated me very fair! THX Palm Tire! Tim

I stopped by looking for some tire replacement. I was referred by a friend. Not only did the help me right away. But we’re able to do it while I wait which was completely unexpected. I had planned on dropping off and picking up later. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

This place was awesome. My brakes went out and we needed to get to a baby shower. John S. did all he could to get us in and fix our car. They ordered the vacuum part, installed it, gave us a great price. We were on our way within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this place.

Nick and Ian are amazing! These guys know what great customer service is. I’ve used Palm Tire for 3 years for many different things on 4 different vehicles. They go above and beyond for their customers. I had a issue where I could not get my Raptor to their shop. Ian came to my home (15 miles away) and got me squared away to where I could drive my truck to their shop. I can’t say enough great things about Palm Tire, their employees and customer service. They have a lifelong customer with me.

Always a great experience when I bring my car for service. This time I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Service was done super quick while I waited. Truly recommend this place.

I took my car here today for issues with my Napa battery. I was extremely impressed,with every employee I spoke with, how caring patient and attentive they were to help me with my battery last minute before they closed. Such a great place! I recently took my daughters car and today my car. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. And most of all honest and fair. As a single woman who doesn't know a lot about cars they have made me feel comfortable and trusting of their service. They def have a new loyal customer!!
