Beth is amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate. While selling my house, I would leave with all 3 of my dogs anytime I had open house/showings. Where do I even begin?!

I was referred to Beth by a friend and immediately wanted her to be our realtor the moment we first spoke. Little did I know that she was about to become one of the biggest blessings/angels I have ever encountered in my life.

We were moving from PA to FL, making a HUGE leap and needed someone we could put our trust in, wholeheartedly, as we were house-shopping from 1,100 miles away. During our visit to FL in early January, we planned to see five properties — and immediately fell in love with the first house of the day.

Fast forward to the end of that day, when Beth took us to lunch at a cute cafe, while we submitted an offer on our dream house. The offer was accepted... and the adventure began.

OHHHH, what an adventure it was... the owner of the house we were under contract with had done a lot of DIY work on the property, which set off a red flag for Beth and she immediately hopped into action, pulling permits and investigating things that just didn't seem right.

Thanks to her amazing intuition, experience in the industry, and astounding professionalism... Beth saved us a TON of headaches and money that would have been lost, had she not gone above and beyond to help research everything possible about the property.

The story doesn't end there though... our mortgage underwriter was fired three days before we were set to drive from PA to FL to settle — we were homeless at the time. Beth spent DAYS helping me create backup plans for a mortgage if the first one fell through, helped look for places for our family (and pets) to stay while we figured out our next steps.

And, in the end, after a week of being homeless — Beth and I enjoyed a very long awaited high-five, our family was finally home in our Florida dream house... and it's all because of Beth.
