Worst jeweler, took my ring several times to them for a lost stone, they replaced it and prong was catching on things
So I took it back and they said it was repaired and 2 weeks later the stone fell again, then they had the nerve to blame me. If it was repaired correctly it wouldn’t have fallen out agin. Spent a few hundred dollars and have nothing to show for.

Absolutely terrible. Like all others have said, he is very greedy. I bought a very expensive engagement ring and not even 4 days later the diamonds are falling out of it..I take it back and he's angry and telling me I'm too rough and its my fault. He begrudgingly fixed my ring but with cheap diamonds that have black marks inside of them. The diamonds STILL kept falling out. I didn't take it back. It's just sitting on my jewelry tray. Couple thousand dollars down the drain. Extremely unfortunate experience.

EYE OPEN, I do not recommend this jewelry.Bring a watch for battery change.They left it damp, and then these roques told me thetthe watch wasbroken, tenéis no reason for this tohappen,totalmente, have to pay them $130 , please take a good look at the reviews and comments.

I live close by and hate to see the small businesses in the mall struggle, so I chose to come here to support the area. Unfortunately, I was very busy and kept missing calls from Rafael this week to repair a watch. When I called back, they were busy and didn’t answer - which I understand as I was quite busy this week as well.

When I came in to see him about the watch, he was incredibly rude about wasting his time by not answering the phone. His associate seemed very uncomfortable and the other guest next to me was quite taken aback as well.

I will find another repair shop and I urge you to do business with individuals who will value your time as well as their own. In these times, it would be wonderful if we could all be kind to one another. Very disappointed.

I stopped by to get a small diamond stone that fell out of my engagement ring during dog training a few months ago replaced. I am personally very excited about my engagement and would prefer not to be without my engagement ring for any period of time. So I asked the gentleman named Rafael how long it would take to replace the stone and he said 3 days but could take an additional 3 days if he had to order the stone. I kindly asked that he check whether he had the stone available before I left my ring for up to 6 business days so I wouldn't be without it for so long. Rafael's response to my request was to ask: "what's so special about your ring?" To which I replied with the obvious: "it's my engagement ring, I would prefer to be without it for as short a time period as possible". But he wasn't done, he clarified: "it's not special its not like it has a big diamond or anything!" I was blown away by this obvious insult. Rafael, for your informationi if my fiance gave me a popcorn ring it would still be special to me and I would not want to be without it. I don't prefer diamonds but I really like princess Diana and her blue Sapphire engagement ring and my fiance is aware so my engagement ring has a 2ct Sapphire which is a very special stone. I don't recommend anyone be subjected to Rafael's belittling and disrespect but I specifically do not recommend that any bride visit this store while he is still employed there.

This place basically stole 700$ from me because they forgot to call me that my custom ring was ready and said it was past 60 days
