Impressions Dry Cleaners

Ok, I’m bit obsessive and will research a good 30 mile radius for a good dry cleaner. This place is amazing. Stop wasting your time and going to a place that might damage your clothes. They actually take care of your clothes and will put the same level of effort in any of your clothes. They use organic products! I don’t understand why there are any reviews that are negative or neutral. I have lived around the world and it’s a such a relief to finally have a dry cleaning company that doesn’t provide poor excuses and uses top of the line cleaning products. This place is the best dry cleaner I have ever used in South Florida. Also, the owners are lovely people.

Been using this company for about two years and all I can say is everything has worked out exactly as it should. I've never had an issue... they are punctual, my clothes always come out great, and they don't any of the nasty chemicals used by the other cleaners. Much better service and overall experience than the competition in the area. Highly recommended to busy professionals as they will pick up and delivery.

During our family ski trip the zipper (heavy duty) on my jacket just cracked, good thing it had snap buttons. I called them and they said to bring it in and they can fix it without a doubt. They looked over the jacket and found another pocket zipper was going to break and fixed it up as well. The jacket is good as new after a good cleaning. It looked so good my family asked why I bought a new jacket! Now after every ski trip I bring the entire family jackets in for the cleaning and overlooking the condition.

Family owned and Exceptional Customer Service!! We moved to the Boca area and found Impressions on a Whim!! The owners, the entire staff and the tailor are the best of the best! I cannot say enough great things about them - they are so accommodating and really strive to exceed their customers expectations - we won’t be using anyone else and are so happy with them. I rarely do reviews but I had to give these guys 10 stars!! I have tried many different dry cleaners around this location including Tide Cleaners, and Impressions Dry Cleaners was the best around. My favorite part is that they are 100% organic and chemical free. Also, you can always rely on them getting your dirty spots out of your cloths. Finally, they have great customer service no matter what!

Notice no reviews are recent. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. TOTALLY OVERCHARGE. Most expensive anywhere. Total Ripoff. Check around, nobody charges $12 to clean a shirt or $8 for a basic polo shirt. Rip off. I went to another place with exact shirt and paid half the price. Just a total rip off ...way over-priced compared to others.

I had a bad experience unfortunately. I took 3 jeans to the cleaners, they gave me back one pair that did not belong to me. It wasn’t even my size and a different color. I attempted to speak with the owner who never followed up with me or reimburse me considering I had already paid for it ( I noticed it was not mines after I arrived hm). It would have been respectable for the owner to follow up and at least try to rectify the matter. She told one of her workers penny to deal with it. Nothing was resolved. Won’t take my clothes there again.
