UNBELIEVABLY HONEST AND FAST! The check engine light in my Maserati came on and, firstly, German Auto World was the only auto service company that told me to "come right down". Everyone else needed an appointment later in the week. When I got there, I asked if I should just leave the car and they told me to hang tight while they ran diagnostics. This was a VERY GOOD sign because it was obvious that they wanted to check out the car and try to get me out of there quickly - meaning no trumped up service "issues"! That is EXACTLY what they did... They ran diagnostics and identified the problem and gave me a quote for repair, BUT, they first told me that they cleared the warning and I might be ok. All I needed to do was pay the diagnostic fee (very reasonable) and then see what happens and if the light came back on I would know what the repair would cost. The idea that a car service shop did not tell me to leave the car, fast forward to the $1,000 repair and leave me without a car for 3 days is unheard of. These guys are amazing, they have earned my business for life, you simply cannot fake that kind of honesty...

German Auto World is my "goto" place for my Audi. This time I got Red accent stripes painted on my 2022 Audi SQ5 by Sammi. Turned-out great. Get lots of compliments. He is the best!

Went in looking for new tires & break service, came out with a trusted advisor. Joe & Sammy were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had the best prices around. Will certainly be going back to them for any automotive needs in the future.

German auto world was significantly less than the dealership, explained everything and I left with my jeep in perfect shape. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, I know they will be my go to mechanic going forward.

Best auto shop in South Florida, especially if you have a German or high end car! They have great pricing compared to anywhere else that I have been, and they truly care and are very honest! I strongly reccomend German Auto World!

I took my car to GAW.
It was in bad condition because I waited too long.
Brakes, Rotors, low beam light, Coolant leak.
This is my go to place for my Beamer.

Went in today to have a part installed on my 2014 Mercedes E350. The owner himself was kind enough to help me .
He had the part installed basically in a jiffy and DIDNT even charge me!!!
There are good people left in this world.

Sammy and German Auto World were highly recommended to me by a good friend who has been taking his two Mercedes vehicles there for years. I spent two hours in their waiting area while they serviced my 2015, and witnessed a level of customer service that you rarely see in the car care industry. They really seemed to care about their customers (and their cars) and clearly explained all needed repairs and costs. I’m extremely happy to find a shop that is skilled, professional, and honest!

My son lives in Florida and when I came to visit him I noticed his 2015 Porsche Macan S was making a strange noise . I am a retired automotive executive from the Philadelphia area, so my dealers friends were all 1200 miles away. I read some reviews and then called German Auto World. They got the car right in, arranged alternate transportation, fixed the car quickly and at a reasonable price. We are now clients for life. Highly recommended !!!

I have found a home at German Auto World. I was greeted by courteous and professional staff once I walked in and continued to have exemplary service and everything explained to me in full detail of all the requirements needed for my vehicle to run safely. The waiting room is luxurious and fully furnished with TV and leather coaches. I was completely comfortable with coffee and snacks and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I talked to and witnessed other long term customers come in and leave just as satisfied as I am. I recommend this shop to everyone that wants or needs service, body or complete restorations to their cars. They are even running a coupon for Synthetic Oil Services, the cheapest in town! $69.99 for VW/Audi and $99.99 for Mercedes/BMW.

Very professional,but down to earth in explaining the failures of my vehicle. I am quite thankful I used their service. Sammy was the very best!! He worked with my insurance company and got the best coverage for my situation. He gives his all in taking care of his customer!

I had a wiring issue within the engine on my 2011 Audi A4. The dealership quoted me for a $800 repair. I felt as if I was backed into a corner. I did more research and found these incredible professionals at German Autoworld. They repaired the issue at a quarter fraction of the original cost. My car has been incredible ever since. I highly recommend this place.

I have been to them twice for two totally different issues. Both were addressed and in a timely and professional manner. They even let my daughter enjoy their own families toddler room while we waited.
Price is right (relevant to the repairs) for brakes , they were almost Half the dealer. AC was about $150... for working AC in South Fl in the summer, I call that a bargain

I have some body work to have done, I will probably let them do that as well...

I am lucky to have them taking care of my cars, you usually cant find a shop like this these days. Go there if your in the market for a new shop, you will not regret it.

My car dealer stated I needed a wheel alignment that was not covered during a visit for a warrantied recall item. Declined their service and brought it to German Auto World for 40% less. That was good, but then German Auto World informed me that I needed control arm bushings that were cracked/broken that the dealer completed MISSED during their inspection. They suggested that I bring it back to the dealer since it would be covered under the warrantee. German Auto World has a new customer for life..it is nice to find a competent and honest company.

I took my car in for a check engine light, not only did they fix the problem through my extended warranty but the found another issue with my car, my engine mounts were shot. So while on the phone with my warranty they found the mounts were also covered. Thanks Sam for caring about my vehicle you guys are the best I’m glad I took my car to you guys and not anyone else.

Best Auto Shop in Palm beach County, always willing to go the extra mile to provide great service. Don't nickel and dime you trying to rack up the bill, and the work quality is second to none. I would highly recommend anyone with automotive needs to visit them.

I took my 2013 VW CC in for repair. Sammy is very nice and helped me out a lot. He gave me a battery that was worth more than what I paid for and it's just the little things that make a big difference. For example, when I picked up my car I noticed they adjusted my analog clock in my car after installing the new battery. They didnt have to do that but they did. The price was very fair and I will be taking my VW here from now on.

I'm so happy I found this place. Not only did they treat me well, but they went above and beyond. The waiting room is awesome! Seating is great; so comfortable! Not only that but I got to watch cable TV while I waited. Free spring water, and coffee. They even took me to work one day cause I couldn't stay and wait. It's so hard to find a shop you can trust. Some of the places I've been don't replace what they say they will. I know for a fact they do. They provide the old parts for proof. I've sent multiple people their and they ALL said the same thing. Thank God I found them. My car won't go anywhere else!

German Auto World just serviced my 1999 Mercedes ML320. I found them to be professional, competent and personable. They diagnosed the problem, scheduled the service appointment and did the repair while I waited. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!
