Good Evening, What do I say about Park & Associates. First off I would like to say I have been affiliated with this company as a customer of theirs and also they have been a customer of mine for the last 22 years. The relationship over this time has been extraordinary. When I first started maintaining the janitorial services Kara Park was at the helm and now President Robbie Korth (Karas Son) was about eight years old. I watched and listened to Kara interact with clients and her employees, I was impressed. I quickly learned that Park & Associates was the kind of Insurance Company I have never seen before. The more I learned about Kara I quickly learned she was a leader and she wanted her agents to the best in the industry. She groomed them, She also groomed her son, Not so long ago when Kara decided to step down Robbie was ready to take over as the leader of the third generation of this company, I'm sure Park & Associates will thrive for many years to come under his leadership and guidance and when the time comes Robbie will Groom his children to be the fourth generation. I have to tell what's most impressive is when I call this office about my insurance needs the phone is quickly answered and you can actually understand them (your call is not routed to India) you simply tell Lisa what agent you need and your transferred immediately. The two agents I work with are Renee Bowman and Stacey Diana, both are excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Over the years I have entrusted Park & Associates with Business, Bonding, Auto and home Insurance and I have never been disappointed with rates or service. So, if you are looking for a new insurance Agency to bring your policies to, or looking to have a quote on new coverage Park & Associates is the place for you. I will say it's more of a boutique Agency and that's exactly what sets them aside from all the rest. They have the knowledge and time for personal service, that's incredibly hard to find these days, Give them a call you will be happy you did.
