Deserve negative 1000 stars, scammers and crooks. Stay away and save yourself the stress and aggravation. They make false accusations of damages to the car. You return the car unsupervised in a construction lot at the holiday inn and give your keys to the desk clerk next door. Then they try to charge you for false damages later on. Don't be a victim like I was. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! See their Yelp reviews for a more accurate description.

RENTER BEWARE!

This company is the biggest scam car rental company out there....stay away!!
They attach charges on your bill you did not authorize because you sign a electronic pad and can't view what you are signing.
They added a 9 dollar per day insurance charge saying my insurance was insufficient however my insurance has full coverage of everything.
Now I'm fighting to get money back

SCAMMERS Please stay away!!! The car was dirty and didn’t even have it for 24 hours I gave the car back same condition but I should have took pictures. He sent me pictures of Fake damages !!!!! Wow can’t believe people really do this type of things !!!

Total rip-off. Agreed rate was 80 USD, they charged me 150 without notice. Car was dirty and in a bad condition. Keep away from this rental agency!

After 3 monts of waiting WE STILL DID DOT RECEIVE BACK OUR DEPOSIT OF 300 USD.

Said there was new damage on the car even though there was not. Sent pictures of a car that might have not even been ours.

Die Firma läuft unter unterschiedlichen Namen bei gleicher Anschrift.

Wir mieten circa 2x im Jahr Fahrzeuge, weltweit und sind hier das erste Mal auf Betrüger reingefallen.
Das Angebot wurde mit Vollkasko ausgeschrieben und vor Ort mussten wir nochmal eine überteuerte Vollkaskoversicherung abschließen (in ähnlicher Höhe der vorausgezahlten Mietgebühr).
Ansonsten bekämen wir kein Auto.

Während der 2stündigen Diskussion und Telefonaten in Deutschland, gab‘s 4 weitere Touristen, die ebenfalls sehr verärgert waren über diese Versicherungsmasche.
Ein deutscher Tourist musste 2.700€ statt 900€ letztendlich bezahlen - bei uns war es zum Glück (nur) 460$ (statt vorher 210€).

Hier ist Vorsicht geboten!

No alquilen en esta empresa! Estafan al devolver el auto, me cobraron 200 dólares de peaje y no me dieron el detalle correspondiente. Te cobran lo que quieren! Estafadores los voy a demandar!

Signature Rent A Car inc para mí son los más malos de la historia aparece con dirección de Miami springs y los carros están en Miami beach por teléfono te dan un precio cuando llega el carro es otro y te tratan mal. Ruben canal
