We have been customers for years and will continue to do so. First, the Specialized brand is a great and resilient bicycle. Second, when we do come in for service, Jim is great at analyzing the problem, letting us know our options, and giving us a reasonable date when it is ready. Finally, the repairs and the costs for the services are very reasonable…you have a good bicycle, use the proper parts. Will always sing the praises of Bicycle Works!

Just picked up our 5th unit from Jim today. It was purchased on short notice, yet he was still able to have it ready to go ahead of time. We have been customers since 2015, and despite having moved out of state, still continue to do all our business with Bicycle Works. While there are some historical complaints on here, they are aimed at a prior employee that is no longer there. I'd encourage anyone that had anything less than a stellar experience to try them again. Understanding that this is peak cycle season for repairs/tune-ups, and there are supply chain issues everywhere, they are still well stocked with what you need. They are the area's premiere Specialized Dealer!

Now this is customer service. I broke off a bike stem while pumping up the back tire before we were about to head out for a group ride on the Old Plank Road Trail. I called in advance, then wheeled in their front door and they took it to their repair room for the fix, immediately...no wait. And their pricing was amazing. My new go-to bike shop.

The guys at Bicycle Works are top-notch experts at recommendations, fitment, setup, and repair. After much searching last fall, my wife and I found exactly what she was looking for. The guys spent quality time working with us to make sure she was comfortable and the bike (a Specialized easy-entry) would be the best fit for her type of riding. After her many happy miles, I went back and got my dream cycle, a 2015 Specialized Hardrock 29" Disc. I'm on it every chance I can get and love every minute of it. We've added many accessories to both bikes of which all were excellently priced. Thank you Bill and Jim!

I've been going to Bicycle Works for years. Specialized bikes are great and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They help me with new bikes as well as regular maintenance on multiple bikes. I'd recommend them to anyone needing to purchase a bike or get service on one.

In a world gone mad, there are still great places like this. Jim serviced my well used eBike, I didn't have to mention stuff, he just knew what to do.
